My husband and I love our car. It rides beautiful and handles great in bad weather conditions. We have not had any problems at all. The seats are comfortable and the driver seat has many adjustable settings including lumbar support. The interior is "very" spacious, my husband is 6' tall and his head has plenty room. The exterior lines are sexy and the paint is a gorgeous white.

Absolutely everyone I encounter from the moment I drive my car into the service garage to the check-out is so friendly. Most recently, I put almost three thousand miles on the car in one week looking at colleges — the service light came on and I worried I did damage somehow. The assured me they’d check everything out— and it was all set — just the regular maintenance. For the peace of mind I get from this competent dealership I would pay more — but the prices are better at McGee than anywhere else I’ve been. It is also a joy to sit in the comfortable waiting area with a lovely fireplace/tv, etc., but I never wait long at all. Nothing but good things to say.

This vehicle met all my work and play needs. It has been comfortable, reliable, and capable. It has plenty of room for family and friends.

Hello, my name is Steve. And I just would like to write a review on Trish McEachern, who I must say was outstanding in helping me get my car serviced and taken care of. I came in for a simple change. But she made that everything had been. And thank God 🙏 because the mechanic that serviced my car found traces of mice living in my Airfilter. I now am aware of the problem and Trish has stayed on top of taking care of my car. She is incredibly informational. And I just know my car is in great hands!!

I fit real well in this truck . I like the gas mileage and it is awesome. The color fits me and l like 4 wheel drive. The truck works good in the snow and handles extremely well.

I never had a Toyota and am happy I bought one. Sleek, reliable, nice looking. The Rav 4 has just about everything I need in a car. The only things that I dont like is; The seat does not go up HIGH enough, I am 5'2" and I have to put a pillow under my arse to see over the dashboard. The only other thing... I wish the back wiper had squirtys. It does not and the window gets so dirty.

I purchased a 2020 Corolla about six months ago and overall I love it. That being said there are three things I'd change about it: 1. The audio/CarPlay screen. It's HUGE and can't be moved or adjusted. I'd much prefer a screen that is set into the dash, like in the newer Nissans for example. I drove a new Nissan as a rental recently and the entire dash was set up better than my Toyota. 2. It's really difficult, or rather impossible, to find a place to put a phone mount that doesn't partially obstruct your vision. I found one that is designed SPECIFICALLY for 2020 Corollas that has a mount that snaps into the hazard lights button, but it obstructs the CarPlay screen. It would be nice if in this day and age new cars came with build in phone mounts. 3. The rear window needs a windshield wiper. It tilts far enough back that rain doesn't run off, it just sits there. Turning on the rear defrost helps some, but I bought a squeegee so I can pull off and clear the back window so I can see better when it gets really bad. I'd really rather not have to get out of my car when it's raining to have to clear my window. A rear wiper would have eliminate that necessity.

I have owned smaller SUV's and Trucks for over 30 years now. I have also wanted to own a full size pickup truck for most of my time as a driver. After driving everything out there, Fords, Chevy's, some Dodges (RAM's), and some other larger SUV's, I came to the decision last May to purchase a Toyota Tundra. This was greatly influenced by my time owning two Tacoma's beginning in 1999. They both were very durable, handled well, and had decent power. The Tundra has the SR5 package, w/ TRD Off-Road, the larger 39 gallon gas tank, and TRD dual exhaust, out of the box. I have since upgraded the suspension to an Eibach lift kit (just 2", very conservative), and added the TRD rear anti-sway bar. I will say this up front; there are better riding trucks; my son has a 2020 RAM, and it has an almost car like ride. There are better trucks for heavy hauling and towing... this is well know, because the Tundra comes in one flavor, 1/4 ton; and its a lighter quarter ton than many. With all of this said, you would think that I would not have given such a high rating, however here is the punch-line. The Tundra is its own unique vehicle. It has what I would call a sportier ride, although the rear anti-sway bar is a must. Once you add the sway bar, the Tundra handles very well, and behaves like a smaller truck... the Tacoma's come to mind. Power is very good, however the factory normal setting requires a little more "hoof" to get it to show its capabilities. If you put it in Tow / Haul mode, watch out... she gets up and goes! Many reviewers have complained about power, and having driven the other trucks, I can say that the Tundra is right in the thick of it. Many reviewers have also complained about the interior. There is where I completely do not get it. If you want "Kid Toy", or more aggressive styling, I suppose you could make a case, but I find the interior to be very well balanced, with easy to understand ergonomics. I like the interior a lot, and would not trade it for the other designs, that [to me] look a little gosh. The one thing that cannot be denied, is that fuel economy and Tundra do not go in the same sentence. When I am getting 17 or 18 MPG, I am pretty happy... when she gets 15ish, not so much. This is the main reason the the four star "Value" rating! If the mileage was better. five stars all day long! The Tundra now has almost 9,000 miles on her. I really enjoy driving this truck, and the overall ownership experience has been quite good. Bottom Line: If you do not need to regularly haul over 2,000 lbs, or tow more than 10,000 lbs, if you want an easy to use, and well balanced interior, and you might just like to have a sportier truck that can still do all of the normal "truck stuff", the a Tundra just might be your truck. Buy yourself a Tundra, add the TRD dual exhaust, and rear anti-sway bar, and have a lot of fun!

I filled out an online form to get a trade in value for my truck. It was higher than I had expected. The dealership honored the estimated value and I purchased a Tacoma in a couple of hours. The dealership arranged to payoff my lease and I had my new truck in 3 days. This is the sixth Toyota I have purchased at Boch. I have never had an issue with any of the salespeople or the people in the finance department.

An Amazing car, good on gas (i fill up to full and takes 3 weeks to fill up again). Super quiet you don't know that it's on, it has lane departure so you can get back in the lane you're in. What else can you expect from Toyota, one of the most reliable cars on the market rn

Buying and trading in a vehicle may not be the most pleasant experience. To say Group 1 aka IRA Acura of Westwood was a pleasure to work with is an understatement. We literally dealt with 10 Acura dealerships throughout MA/RI/NH and Group 1 led the pack. Our experience with Jose Silva (General Manager) and Dave Troilo (Sales) was top notch with no hidden agendas and complete transparency. Although Jose is the General Manager he was extremely patient providing what was on the lot and what they were expecting in the next month or two. With a shortage of vehicles, dealerships will not negotiate below MSRP. Jose was upfront and honest that they cannot sell a vehicle below sticker price, which we did appreciate as other Acura dealerships were asking over MSRP. Additionally, Jose gave us some great advice. My husband and I were thinking of selling our RDX to CarMax and he mentioned if we trade in our vehicle with Acura we would save money on sales tax. We were able to come to an agreement of a fair price for our trade-in that all parties were happy with. Jose passed the baton to Dave Troilo (Sales) for us to select an in-stock vehicle or place a deposit on one that will be available in the next month or two. Dave was super knowledgeable, responsive, and answered all of our questions. He processed all the paperwork with efficiency and in a timely manner. Then came financing and we sat with Miguel Banos the Finance Manager to see if we would finance with Acura or our own bank. Although our bank’s interest rate was less, and after running the numbers the difference was nominal so we opted to go through Acura’s finance department. We have never purchased Acura Care plans. However, Miguel was able to come up with an option that was reasonable and more importantly made sense for us to purchase when it came to maintenance and interior/exterior protection. Happy to say we took delivery of our 2022 Acura RDX on 12/17/2021. Our whole experience was excellent, there were a few reasons why Group 1 was the front runner. 1. Excellent customer service by Jose Silva (General Manager), Dave Troilo (Sales), and Miguel Banos (Finance Director). 2. Negotiation process fair and not painful. 3. All of Group 1's staff were not the stereotypical "car salesman”. They were honest and upfront. Jose, Dave, and Miguel thank you for the wonderful experience!

Purchased 2021 Limited in August and have been very pleased with the safety features, especially the front and rear sensors. I hear 2022 trim levels XLE and higher have the passenger power height adjustment, finally! This the biggest issue I have with my Highlander. I also think the front seats could be a little longer to support legs better! They used to have this in the 2nd generation. Otherwise I like my vehicle a lot. 7,800 miles so far!

Excellent customer service! When my car was serviced in June, I never got my wheel lock key back feom them. I recently had a flat tire and was unable to remove my wheel. Elaine Beato went above and beyond for me. She made sure someone went to where my car was with the master key, unlocked my wheels and even left a new set of wheel locks with the key for me. She kept calling and making sure I was kept in the loop with the eta of it so i would know when I could pick up my car.

It fits my needs for everything I do. The Safety Features ensure that I’m safe and able to get home to my love ones. The only issue I have with it is that it doesn’t have lumbar support, and long drives can be a pain

Emily Day was wonderful-when Balise backed out of a deal with us (they are the dealer closest to our house), we literally called Patriot from the Balise parking lot and they said they would honor the deal we had made with Balise. We had a wonderful buying experience with Balise 6 years before but were feeling lazy about driving to NA. Never again!! Emily went above and beyond her promise and the buying experience could not have been easier.

Car has met all but one of our needs to date. Very economical to operate. Very nice that Toyota has 2 yr.no maintenance cost. Was disappointed after purchase there was no CD player available. This fact was never mentioned during buying process. I suspect Toyota knew this to be factor and advised sales lot to mention this. This will be a definite point for me to inquire about since we vacation requiring hours of driving and not a fan of channel surfing for the entire trip. But still happy with everything else about the vehicle.

Along with many others, I had been looking for a new RAV4 Prime, and went to many Boston area Toyota dealers over several months. While no one had the vehicle I was seeking, I did receive come-ons such as putting money down to order a car from Japan or for vehicles that were surely arriving soon. As a Navy Veteran, I found several sales managers who assured me they always took care of Veterans. However, in those cases, I found that being “taking care” of meant asking for $3K - $7K over MSRP, along with modest offers for my trade-in, while still telling me how generous the offer is. After weeks of discouraging calls and meetings, I walked into Atlantic Toyota in Lynn, to find salesman Bill Dorfman and a shiny RAV4 Prime outfitted as I wanted and with 5 miles on the odometer. As I drove the vehicle, Bill had my trade-in checked out. When I returned to the dealership, Bill offered me a VERY fair value for my trade-in, which meant the bottom line for the RAV4 Prime was better than what I found elsewhere, and for a car that was in stock. When Bill took his proposed deal to the Sales Manager, Anthony Nash, for signature, I was prepared to be told more money would be required to close the deal. However, Anthony made sure the deal was defined in terms more favorable than previous and more favorable than I’d found elsewhere. The new terms also made sure I’d qualify the Massachusetts electric vehicle rebate. I picked up the car a few days later and found all parameters of the deal were exactly as I was told. I learned that Anthony is a Navy veteran as am I, and he made sure he “took care of” a fellow Veteran. While other sales managers “talked the talk,” Anthony made sure I was able to obtain the state’s rebate. I certainly understand that the dealer needs to make a fair profit while I want to get the lowest price possible. We clearly achieved this goal in my purchase. I learned that Atlantic Toyota is a family owned dealership that values relationships more than trying to squeeze the last dollar from every customer through tough negotiating and trickery—as it intends to establish long-term, repeat business with its customers. As I value being treated fairly and honestly, Atlantic Toyota has everything I look for in an automobile dealership. Ask for Bill and stop by to see Anthony, particularly if you’re a Veteran.

I used to own the Infiniti QX60 and loved it in every way. Had to get rid of it because of the famous transmission cvt problems so I got a Toyota. Aside from the interior which is not super sophisticated as the Infiniti, Toyota is a very reliable car. I know engine will always start and the car will always perform. Very comfortable and mileage is great for a V6! Toyota is the best! Everybody else is just an mature.

Bought a 2019 Camry XSE. CPO. Low mileage lease vehicle. Love the refinement, styling. The I4 has 28 more horsepower than my 13 Camry SE. Better gas mileage thanks to the 8 speed automatic. Toyota hit it out of the ballpark with the 2018 redesign. So glad I got this car!

Bought 3 new cars since 2007 fantastic service. I still have the 2007 15 years old and running great. A great example of great service department. Follow the service program and it will run for 15 or more years.

Good value. Great gas mileage and dependable. Car handles well and has a good sound system. Like other Toyotas, it does have a slightly louder interior noise especially upon accleration.
