I recently sold my beloved Camaro in order to buy a 2023 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium, and I couldn’t be happier. Andrea, our saleswoman, was simply amazing. She was so down to earth and ✨easy✨ to talk to! I genuinely looked forward to every visit. Andrea made the entire process feel effortless and, honestly, SO fun. 🤗🤗 Just like most people, I usually despise the car-buying process, but this experience was COMPLETELY different. Andrea made it incredibly enjoyable from start to finish. The 4Runner is pristine, and Andrea went above and beyond: she made sure the gas tank was FULL when we drove it off the lot. Small talk and kind gestures speak volumes to me. When you decide you want to go to Wyatt Johnson, don’t be silly and let the front desk choose a salesperson for you! Ask for Andrea!!! You will literally want to hang out with her after! You will have to have a mini mirror session where you look yourself directly in the eyes and talk yourself out of texting her to ask if you can go to her Halloween party 🤣. I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Love this truck's features and look! Only criticism is leg room in backseat! Other than that, it is a great truck that will hold its value and build equity well! 9.5/10

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

The root cause of the problem my car was having was found quickly. Service manager kept me informed of.progress. Repair finished ahead of promised time. This is not the dealer nearest me and it is worth going a bit further for trustworthy service.

I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

Purchased this truck for it's reliablity.Opted for a SR5 trim because it's not lifted nor branded with stickers. Have 44-k miles now. No issues. Just scheduled factory maintenance. I plan to run this truck well over 300-k miles. Is it perfect? No. The engine is somewhat lack luster, the gas milesage is just okay and the interior is somewhat small compared to a full size truck. however,However, I trust this truck to serve me well into the future without any major issues.

You can tell that everyone here works together to help service each customer and their unique requirements. Their open concept lobby is something you don't see everyday. A salesman will talk to a manager in front of you, and not walk away to haggle behind closed doors in an office. If you want the personal touch when buying a vehicle this is the dealership for you.

In the hills of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia or anywhere there’s a big hill/mountain do not expect engine performance. It’s get up and go is gone!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.
