Bought 2002 chevy express van from them in fall 2017 had only 8 months and the transmission blown out at only 80,000 miles.Don franklin will not stand behind what they sell cost of repair 3,000.00 l have not even made that much in payments yet to buy the van.Very unhappy got stuck with a lemon Service dept is good friendly as well as sales my issue is standing behind what you sell and making things right this is the first vehicle l bought from Don franklin most likely will not buy from again.
I went to another town to search for a used suv for a daily driver. I soon found out not all dealerships are the same. At one I was never even acknowledged being there. Another one was only selling me new suvs. My goal was to save the miles from being put on my 17 Camaro which I also purchased one year ago from this same place. I called and told them what I was looking for and they went right to work. They had a couple suvs brought in from other Don Franklin dealers for me to try out. A couple days later I had purchased my 2nd vehicle from them within a year. I highly recommend this group without a doubt. They are very helpful. They do all they can to provide the best deal possible. That’s why I keep going back! Great bunch of people.

Went in to get my car fixed and seen a beautiful equinox in the showroom floor. Decided to check on it. Great service! I drove it home, had it bought in about 3 hours! Don Franklin is great to do business with!
I had my first experience buying a new vehicle with them, and I gave them my specificiations on a new Silverado and they had options pulled up right there to me in less than 5 minutes. I was shown what all each had and the differences in cab space between the two Silverados (as well as the price differential) amd had the option of test driving them both. After a ride I went ahead and decided to buy one, and less than two hours later I was outta there. Great bargain on the truck, great customer service from Larry, who never even thought of telling me anything that wasn't oke hundred percent true, and an easy process. Thank you all again!
From the initial inquiry until the final sale (only took a few days), the entire experience was wonderful. Jackie and Brent couldn't have been nicer, more helpful , or accommodating. They opened up for us on Sunday to do the test drive and make the purchase. We drove up from Nashville (hard for us to make it during normal business hours during the week). I had been looking for a vehicle for 3 or 4 months. I told the salesman up front what I needed and expected from him. Jesse Tucker did everything I asked. I drove 4 hours to get there and did not want this to be an all day thing and it wasn't. We bought a Suburban and we have been so pleased with our purchase. We were there a little longer than planned because of me trying to decide what warranty I wanted. They were not like the average dealership. We will be back again. We appreciated the whole team.
