This was my first visit to Nissan ever since moving to Fairbanks in’92.
The staff salespeople, service department and receptionist are extremely efficient and courteous.
I purchased a used suzuki from an individual in Fairbanks so my daughter can have a vehicle for her use in Anchorage.
Although I didn’t puchase the vehicle from their dealership, the only thing they wanted
to know was “How may we help you”. I wanted them to do a complete inspection of the vehicle. From the time I entered their facility and the time I left was one hour and thirty five minutes. This was without an appointment. The only thing they found was to replace the air filter, which I approved. I would highly recommend Nissan for their high quality of service to anyone. Ford and Chevrolet cannot even come close to Nissan’s quality of service. Yes I have dealt with Ford and Chevy in the attempt to buy “American”, and have done so, but to be truthful their “Quality Of Service” leaves a lot to be desired

I have bought 3 vehicles now. 2 from Eric Kim and one from John "Happy" Miller. They are the reason I come back to Stanley Nissan. They know their stock and aren't pushy. Happy even had my car delivered to my work so I didn't have to take time off to get it. When it comes time to buy another new vehicle down the road... I will defenately ask for them by name again!!! Thanks for another awesome experiance.
We got a Subaru here and Mike Zannazo was our salesman. From the minute I walked on the lot he made it very clear that he was there to work for me. Once I chose a car and come back with my husband, he did everything to get us into the car we wanted. We were done in about hour or less. He was amazing grins tert to finish. We visited several other dealerships in town, and by far had the best experience here with Mike. We love our car and would definitely do business here again.
From the first e-mail contact to the face to face; Elizabeth Kerr was very professional. She understood what we wanted; and did everything to find the vehicle we were interested in. Since our old CR-V was 10yrs old; she patiently explained all the new changes that had been added over the years. From start to finish; the whole experience was very good.
Here is my frustration - I missed the phone call within moments and tried to call back to see if my car was ready and could not reach a person. When I called the front desk and explained (I had a small window of when I could get a ride back to my car) and they just transferred me right back to another voice mail. Then when I was given the list of repairs needed one was that my anti freeze was critically low. I guess it frustrates me that it couldn't have been added during the old change instead of being told that it needs to be urgently done. I thought that's why I brought my car in. Maybe I don't understand the process.
My Honda Element had a subtle and difficult to diagnose mechanical problem with its wheel bearings. William A. spent a considerable amount of time and effort to find the cause of the problem, and then went to extraordinary lengths to find the correct part, install it and trouble shoot the installation. He is the best Honda mechanic in our area and is passionate about Honda cars. He also very kindly took extra time to explain to us the process of the repair and outline a plan for repairing other bearings that were also worn. I would trust him with any repair and I cannot imagine entrusting my vehicle to anyone else.
I applaud Kendall Auto for hiring and supporting such an extraordinary master mechanic!

My car was in the shop for a recall repair. While it was n the shop they did a multipoint inspection of the automobile and pointed out a few repairs that were needed and provided cost estimates for the work.
I thoroughly have enjoyed the car I purchased. After being a bit undecided they helped me choose one that truly suited by needs and I have not regretted it. It's nice to have honest sales people who listen to you.
My Honda Civic Hybrid was sent to Kendall Honda from another facility to rekey a new ignition. While it was there, they took the initiative to do the air bag recall work that was needed. I appreciate the time that saved me.
Jeff at Affordable has helped me twice in buying a vehicle. He is very informative and wants the best for you. I like how the salesmen at Affordable Used Cars aren't pushy like other car salesmen and they are black and white in their deals.
