My salesman Gave the best presentation on the cx5 I have ever had.
On any vehicle I. Have ever looked At I was ready to buy without driving it. The test drive was super. The problem was the salesmanager. He was like a vulcher. I went back with wife to just let her look but he was circling her car b4 she could stop. He never would except my offer or ever actually give me a counter offer. I bought the same car in Atlanta on the phone
We did the Online Purchase of a 2018 RAM 3500 Laramie. I could not find it on the website. Amanda in online sales found it very quickly. She sent me a quote and the window sticker. She beat the price of all the other deal ships. We completed the process the same day. Everyone at the dealership was very good at their job.
Jamey Harrelson was the best car sales person I have ever worked with. We went to the dealership on a Thursday evening.. Jamey took the time to listen, understand our needs and did not hesitate to let us look at alternatives and drive as many cars as we wanted. Ended up buying a certified used vehicle for a fare price and closed the deal after hours. Jamie asked us to come back on the weekend so he could explain and setup all the technology in the vehicle, which we took him up on. That was going beyond expectation. Plus we left with a full tank of gas. We had a good experience over all.
We had been checking out cars for weeks and I was starting to think we would never find the car we wanted. When we walked into Sutton Acura it was a perfect fit. The salesman Mason was able to answer all of our questions and the Sales Manager Warren took the time to show us the vehicles clean CARFAX, in-house service records, and comparables for our trade-in. Most dealerships try to pressure you into making an emotional decision, but we asked lots of questions and in the end, the car and dealership sold itself. They even gave us a complimentary free first oil change/servicing and were able to give me a loaner vehicle even though I hadn't remembered to call ahead and reserve one. I'm blown away with the level of service and look forward to sending friends over to Warren and company for their next car purchase.
I've owned an Acura from 1991 to present and I've dealt with Sutton since I moved here in 2006. Lee is the one that has always treated us right. We downsized a little too quick when we purchased our RDX. We're looking to go back to the MDX but we want the right one. We'll keep looking and if/when we find one, we're ready to purchase. Sutton has always done us right so that's the main place I'll be looking.
If you need a car go to woody butts and ask for Kyle or Chris ! They are so serious about their job and they are going to make sure you drive off in a nice affordable car . My credit is HORRIBLE ♀️ But when everyone else says no , WOODY BUTTS SAYS YES ! I drove off with a 2016 Toyota Corolla with only 30,000 miles . I am so blessed to be able to meet these wonderful guys .

This dealer was quick to respond to my Cars.com inquiry. The internet sales manager, William, was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was looking at and able to answer all my questions. He ultimately worked up a great deal on the truck. My wife and I made a visit to the dealer and completed the purchase within an hour or two. We were very pleased and impressed with the personnel, the facility and the available inventory of vehicles we were interested in....dealer is highly recommended.
