I've always dreaded the car buying experience... until I met Clement Max Corriette. From the start, he was very hospitable and professional. I'm so glad that he was the one that offered his service when I came in. He set out to help me accomplish my goal of purchasing a 2019 ES 350 on the same day. It was crunch time for me because I had to return my current lease to another dealership in a few days. When my original plan didn't work in my favor, Clement went above and beyond to offer other scenarios until we agreed upon the best deal for me. He also took care of my lease return. I am forever grateful to him. He is very knowledgeable. He has many years of experience in this field and knows it inside out. He truly lives up to his title of "Lexus Certified Master". These guys do a great job making sure I get my service needs met. I am particular about dealers sticking to their warranty and that's one of the best 'features' of Fette. I never get a hard time about warranty claims. They always have a loaner waiting for me. Would by from them again.

I worked with Jack Daniels Porsche and their sales team to purchase a certified pre owned 911 targa. I live several states away, and buying a car unseen in person takes a lot of trust to do. I worked with Marty, and he did an amazing job describing the vehicle, and sending me additional pictures to help me make an informed purchasing decision. Marty did an exceptional job of explaining the vehicle, and how it rated in comparison to other Porsche models, as well as other similar models available elsewhere. His professionalism was exceptional, and he never pushed me into a decision to purchase, but rather educated me on if it was right for me. Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would work with Marty again.

I bought my second car 2019 Legacy from this dealership. First, I made an appointment to see a Sales Consultant on-line. On the same day, I received a friendly call from Robert Price who set up an appointment for me. On my appointment day, I met with Steve Durkin, Sales Consultant, who was friendly, helpful, patient and very professional. We negotiated but I never felt being pushed to agree on the price. Eventually we agreed on a price I am comfortable with. I also met Anthony Smolt, who was equally nice and friendly. The color of my choice was not available at that time but Steve promised that it will only take a few days before the next delivery. I have to travel for family reason and although the car has arrived in the dealership, I was still out of town. As soon as I returned to New Jersey after a month, I called the dealership and Steve was happy to inform me that my new car was waiting for me and the negotiated price was still in order. I went to the Dealership, sat with Steve and signed necessary documents in a very friendly atmosphere. I met with David Fried of Finance who has 110% patience with me. He suggested and recommended but still it was my own decision which optional product/service I will purchase. Then I met with Nick Gigantes who escorted me to my new 2019 Legacy. Another man with the virtue of patience, Nick showed me the interior features of my car. After thoroughly explaining to me everything, he has to do it all over again because I forgot what he just explained. I drove ???my pride and joy??? home. The next day, Steve Durkin called me to follow up on how I am doing with my new Subaru and he reassured me that if I have questions or problems or any difficulty, all I have to do is call the dealership and I will get immediate assistance. My overall experience with Wayne Subaru Dealership (the Sales and the Service Department) is truly exceptional because the staff like Robert, Steve, Anthony, David and Nick are exceptionally professional.
