This was my first experience buying a car long-distance over the web. After our prior car was totaled and dealing with a horrific local dealer, we widened our search area for a vehicle that turned out to be harder to find than expected. After dealing with a local dealer the prior week that basically tried to load us up with bogus fees, I was relieved when Joel continued to prove that Toyota of Greensburg was a straightforward and honest operation. No surprises, extras, or gotchas! It really is refreshing to work with a salesman and dealership that actually care about their reputation, how they treat customers, and don't simply view potential customers as the source for a quick buck.
