Purchased new 2025 Kia Telluride. Made appointment with Joseph Kelley a few days prior to and told him what I was interested in. The day I arrived, I was greeted by Joseph on time, no waiting. After a brief visit he had a Telluride all ready for us to test drive. Even though they didn’t have the color combination I wanted, they were able to find one at another dealer and brought it in. I’ve owned a 2022 Toyota 4Runner sr5 for around 2 years now and the whole time I’ve put that thing through basically xxxx, and it has never ever broken, or had anything wrong with it, it may not be considered a truck to some but it sure has driven better than any truck I’ve ever driven, the 4Runner is a beast

I've always loved the look and feel of a Toyota Highlander. But I never thought I could afford one. I found my Highlander at Alton Toyota, Alton, Il. and fell in love. I asked about the price and I couldn't believe it was right in my price range. I test drove it and it was love at first drive. Everyone from the Sales-person, finance and even the Technicians. were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. They even went above and beyond making sure I got the best loan that fit me. I love my highlander and just got back from Myrtle Beach SC, driving round trip. It is so fun to drive and all the room is unbelievable. Ryan and Tyler made buying the Tucson Hybrid easy. Ryan was very knowledgeable about the features of the Tucson. We test drove the vehicle and Ryan explained all the safety features and features of the Tucson Hybrid. Tyler in finance explained all of the options and we received the best deal for us. 2015 highlander limited. Its very smooth , the seat/mirror memory buttons are great , the auto high beams are awesome. Its easy to maintain, all the fluids and breaks etc are very easy to service right in the driveway. It has the 6 speed transmission that is known to be very reliable (unlike the 8spd trans that toyota came out with in 2017)

Did not proceed with the car in question. Nothing to do with the car or the dealership. The interaction with dealership was pleasant and would consider them again.

I am a mechanic and I have had several types of cars, but none of the previous ones made me feel so confident and safe, the first generation Toyota sequoia has some problems with the doors and other details that are not serious, but they are all insignificant compared to the reliable mechanics of this SUV, it only needs maintenance and that's all, if I decide to buy another auto Without a doubt it would be Toyota

The 4Runner was a great car and lasted up to 218k. Did had a couple issues here and there, but other than that, it had never let me down.

Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

Mitch and Hassan did a great job. They answered my questions, and negotiated with authenticity. They helped me iron out some of the fine details in our deal that I wanted. The finance staff also went out of their way to help me get the deal structured the way I like it. I’ll come back when I’m in the market.

Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.
