I drove down from Metro Detroit to check out a 2012 Subaru Outback. Having had a local family member check out the car beforehand, I was impressed with what I saw. Fitz was very accommodating and let me take my time with the test drive, getting the car inspected by a mechanic of my choice, and even taking it to grab lunch after a long morning. Negotiating was very straightforward and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of or given the run-around, which is something I have experienced at other dealers. Fitz even helped me move all of the junk in my trade-in's trunk to the new vehicle! My only complaint was that the detail job and wash done before hand left some mud and gunk under the vehicle, but overall I was very happy to have purchased my new vehicle at Yark.
I scheduled an appointment for my car service. When I arrived, I was asked if there were any other concerns besides what I booked the appointment for. I mentioned and saw the guy take notes. After about 1.5 hours, someone walks up to me says I need a new battery and change air filter. But no mention of my other concern. Finally after waiting for 3 hours they gave me my car back. But my concern with the car was never addressed. When I asked why? I was told they did not have enough technicians. But they had those technicians to work on other things on my car? Why do you overbook, if you know how many technicians are available for that day? It???s not like 10 technicians called out sick the same day.
It was a pleasure buying a car from Brondes Ford in Maumee. I truly enjoyed working with Scott Seiler. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I am from out of town and we worked through the particulars over the phone. When I arrived at Brondes Ford Scott had everything ready to go. There were no surprises. Scott took the time to go over the details of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Brondes Ford and specifically Scott Seiler.
By far the best car buying experience ever. Professional, straight forward and communication was great. We drove 4 hours to pickup our car and it was exactly as the pictures showed and as described. Once we got there our Salesman, Ziad Fakhoury, immediately greeted us, arranged a test drive and coordinated finalizing the paperwork. Heather had our paperwork ready and was very professional efficient. A demo of the car features after signing was nice to get us familiar with all the options. This is the way all car buying experiences should be!
Tenley Reid was fantastic to work with. Her customer service was exceptional and she made this process so easy for us. We were able to confidentially buy a car without even stepping foot into the dealership and what a convenience it was to have the car delivered to us.
Keith helped take care of issues covered under extended manufacturer warranty and got me a loaner car for my every day need. The work was done satisfactorily and I Hope Jimwhite will keep the prices low compared to other dealerships and services quality higher!

They exceeded my expectations through the whole service process. Facilities are cleaned and well maintained. The whole Service Dept. worked as a team to insure fast reliable work was done on our two cars.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I walked in Thursday and drove off with a vehicle thanks to Michael White I had a great experience I would recommend a family member or friend there anytime. He actually took his time and really showed that he cared.
