We had a great experience buying a used car from Elmhurst Toyota. They had a very good selection of cars and Aleks was fantastic to work with.

Decent but not outstanding. Had a problem with the passenger side motor mount causing a rattle that was fixed under warranty at the 5000 mi service. The part was backordered, so there are probably more than a few with this problem. A discoloration of the dash appeared by 2000 miles. Since it read "Toy" it was likely from the factory. There is still a small bubble in the rear window tint film. It drives well. I like the automation now that I'm used to it. It brakes too hard using adaptive cruise control when traffic slows down, but I guess the radar is doing as well as it can. It's not particularly comfortable, but Toyotas aren't known for that. Had to turn the driver's headrest around, as it pushes my head too far forward. I think that's required by law. The infotainment center works fine. They started using a new one after the 2024 debacle. I bought the car to keep it for a few hundred thousand miles. We'll see.

This is a great car. The hybrid drivetrain has already saved me over 30% on gas in a few months of ownership. With the xle model I purchased I have noticed the sound dampening is not as good as my older model 2013 rav4 non hybrid but with no engine noise either makes the outside noise more noticeable. The seating space up front is a little more tighter but not bad. My one gripe is the gas pedal is hinged to the floor so the floor mats do not go all the way to the top and leave the carpet exposed. I would still 100% recommend the car. Just watch out for some dealerships who are just out to make your purchase difficult.

I suggest if you’re on the shorter side, to rent this car if possible for a few days to make sure it’s comfortable.

I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. I love my car!! Easy to get around, park anywhere and fun to drive!!! I find myself “needing “ to go somewhere because I need an excuse to drive it.

Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. I've had mine for three years and absolutely love my car!!! I'm to the point in life where I really don't drive much, and can certainly use the money. But, I won't sell if the price isn't comparable to the worth.

I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

My friend needed to sell the car after her husband passed away where the loan had a higher balance than the value of the car. Sean Shahsaver was very kind and, although Star Nissan was unable to buy the car, he let us know that there were two warranties on the car that could be cancelled for refunds and save her almost $1600. That was above and beyond!!! We are super grateful for his advice!!!!!!

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!

2018 Rav4 was totaled by someone who ran a stop sign. Miss this car every day. Every single airbag went off and me and the other passenger were safe and able to walk away alive. Thankful for this car.

Bought the '12 used with 30k miles on it 9 years ago. It now has 187k and is running great. Regular oil changes and typical maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. The AC did go last year and was fixed. Car is plenty cargo spacious and has been used to move many items, furniture, building materials etc. The only thing I'd like better from it is brighter headlights. If a HIghlander has been maintained I'd not hesitate to pick up a higher mileage used one and expect many more miles.

I have purchased six Camrys. So, when it was time to purchase a new one, I didn't check the features. I was pleasantly surprised by the radar cruise control that maintains your distance from the car in front regardless of the speed setting. It also flashes on your mirrors when a car is in your blind spot. The large screen on the radio is super. There are many other great features you will love!

From when I arrived without an appointment, Chris allowed us to test drive the vehicle. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its features. When I was financing he was honest about pricing and fees and did not attempt to pressure us. He also gave us a full tank before we left, after the buying the vehicle. Overall, the RAV4 is a great car for commuting, families of four, and space. The RAV4 is the best when it comes to reliability. The RAV4 is very spacious in the second row and the trunk and the car offers comfortable seats. The RAV4 gets okay fuel economy but it does do decent in the snow. However there are some things that it lacks. The RAV4's navigation system is very frustrating to use, just use google maps instead. The RAV4's interior quality is not that great either, there are tons of fake buttons and plastic throughout the interior, but no one who buys a RAV4 cares about the interior. The RAV4 has decent styling, but it is not as stylish as the Mazda CX-5. The RAV4 only has 1 engine option, but does not feel underpowered. The RAV4 also doesn't have a very quiet or comfortable ride. Even though the seats are comfortable, the ride is loud and the inside rattles frequently. If you don't care about luxury and want a practical, reliable car, the RAV4 is perfect.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

Love my new car :) Two feedback issues/concerns: 1. The Air conditioner in the front seats (under the display) is not as good as my past 4 model’s. The air vents are pushed to a smaller exit and that is not as good as prior Toyota designs I have owned (this is my 5th). The air vents are smaller than before with I think the same amount of air, this causes me to have to turn on/off the air more frequently. Just feels like the smaller vent is not a better solution to prior models. 2. The grill design looks amazing but should have been black vs white (my car is white) bugs show up and it’s hard to clean off compared to prior models. Things I love … interior color (red/black), display (much bigger), sun roof (much bigger),heads up display, parking assist (beep beep), the cruse control is so much better (auto adjusts to car in front of you/moves you to next lane with just a blinker/don’t have to hold the wheel tight and that allows you to just barely hold, which makes driving long distance, not as stressful), cooling seats (perfect for living in Flordia).

Stitch was very patient with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. If she did not have the answer she asked right away. She is great.

One of the best vehicles I have ever owned; I do t drive much annually so the wear and tear is limited and low; if I do buy another vehicle in my life time it will be a Toyota.

I've been drving my 2015 T.C. 2015 LE Eco for last 6 1/2 years and I love my car. I'm glad reviews consider it a good value and long lasting at 55 this is for cars but the car is great and I can honestly say no complaints.
