I had a slight problem with the side steps for this truck but once it was brought to the attention of my salesman, Darren, it was dealt with and resolved promptly. Great gas mileage. Around 50 mpg. If I hated everything about the car 50 mpg sold me anyway. However, it rides nice, it has plenty of space even in the back seats for someone who is 6’0-6’2. I really have no problems at all with the car. Happy to own it and would buy it again.
Had my trade appraised, a good deal on a used Prius V, plus financing and paperwork finished in under 2 hours on a Saturday!! Chris Elam was my salesmen. Chris was able to answer all my questions(many via text before I arrived), and guide me through the steps. I’ve now purchased 4 Hybrid Prius vehicles and 1 preowned Tundra from John Roberts and have had nothing but great experiences out of the sales department. Additionally I have had most of my service work done there and they always have good coffee and great service.

Excellent vehicle very dependable but very costly in Gas, good smooth ride on highway, nice interior. I wish the Japanese would come out with gas saving engine it would be about time
The customer service was excellent. They prepared a schedule for future maintenance. They also helped me with a problem that I had with the right mirror and ordered the part that was needed to repair the window.

My 2001 Toyota Avalon was a great car to own and drive I am a retied person so the Avalon was us for local driving. I bought it in 1/30/2017 It had no major engine issues the problems with the mechanical is the Check Engine Light I was living in South FL at the tine when I relocated to Pittsburgh I had to have the Inspected. In the State of Florida Unfortunately this is not done so when you purchase a car you really don't know that your getting. I recently just put $4981.00 into it because of the Check engine light then after the issue was found and replaced after a few days the Che k Engine light resurfaced again, After all this money to repair and replace I had new struts & springs. two front tires replaced and the alignment don as well as the Tie rod End replaced plus all these sensors and solenoids. so i was getting paranoid and I decided o trade in the car and I purchased a beautiful 2005 Lexus ES 330 a much better car and with a tremendous rating. so if your in the market for a great car my suggestion would be to buy a Lexus ES 300, ES 330 or later model. you will not be disappointed.

This car was just what I was looking for. I drive a lot so I wanted something with great gas mileage. It is very small, yet still has decent trunk space. It handles great and I feel safe when driving it, the only concern is how light it is so on windy days it can be a bit nerve wracking, but that comes with the size, at least the battery does add some extra weight.
Thank you Tristan for your help and for being so friendly. We love our truck and I will let everyone know to go here to get their vehicles.

This was the best car I ever owned. Never had a problem with it. Don't know if I was living my 2nd childhood or what but traded it in on a 2012 Ford Mustang. Of course trading a 2012 for a 2012 I got screwed royalty. As soon as the new car warranty expired on the Mustang many things started going wrong. Had to get rid of it. I certainly learned a lesson in life.
In the early stages of car shopping for a family-friendly SUV, we stopped by City Auto in Murfreesboro, TN while out there running errands. We were not there anticipating to purchase a vehicle that day. However, things changed.
Steven Ray, the salesman, was the first to greet us. He was not pushy, annoying, or anything like your stereotypical salesman would be in your head. He asked questions and let us talk more than he talked. He was very personable and made our experience outstanding. He provided a thorough answer to ever y question we had. If he didn't know, he made a quick phone call to get the answer we needed. He insisted a test drive in a few different models, just to get an idea of what we were looking for - even though we made it clear we weren't looking to purchase that day. (... I guess that's how they get you)
He walked us through what to expect in the buying process. Gave us little hints to get better pricing and APR.
After the sale, he called us numerous times to ensure that we were happy. A few days after the sale, a few weeks later, then a month or two down the road.
Highly recommend City Auto and especially Steven Ray.

This truck meets all I’m looking for in a light duty truck sporty reliable good fuel mileage drives like a car,and it’s a four door!
Salesman, "Big Tony" was very helpful and not pushy. That's a HUGE plus! Really enjoyed working with him and Shawn in finance. We would highly recommend GM of Murfreesboro to family and friends.

Comfortable and good torque as a hybrid.
Minus points: fan noisy even at low speed. Consumption quite abnormal. Car given @ 5-6l/100. I never did better than 8/8.5 driving conservatively.
The speed to achieve 5-6 would be under 30/35 at all times. Unachievable. Toyota lies.
Trunk too small. New batteries are smaller they say.
Drove four hours to reach this dealership which was out of state for us. Pricing of the vehicle and trade in allowance very fair, worth the drive. Salesperson and sales managers very polite and accommodating with very easy buying process. Our only complaint is the not so optimal communication between the sales team, finance team and repair shop. All was well in the end but it could have been a perfect transaction, rather than a lot of back and forth. Overall, we would shop there again but beware of potential miscommunications between their staff.

I love this car. From the interior to the outside. Every bit of this is worth the money! We bought this car used with 16,000 miles. It feels new, it drives new, and even better. The car is still under warranty. You can never go wrong with a Toyota. you can never go wrong with Fred's Executive Auto.
Great service, courteous & friendly staff. Very easy to make appointment.
The wait was not too long & the complimentary coffee made the wait much bryyt

The all wheel drive along with its driveability options makes this a well rounded vehicle. Proven with the latest winter storm! Rides high like a SUV should but isn't top heavy! This is my first Toyota bought for my wife and it has me shopping for myself.
Scheduled an appoint a few days prior and when I arrived the service team was ready and promptly started the process. Micheal Popp, was the service writer and took care of everything. Michael, informed me a few other issues needing to be addressed and advised as to cost and urgency. I had a few questions after the service was completed and Michael, listened and quickly resolved my questions, including several follow-up phones calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. I will request Michael to be my service adviser on future visits

On the positive side, love the engine and transmission. Tuned exhaust is just right - a low growl but not obnoxious. Seat comfor is so- so, especially after a couple of hours behind the wheel. Entertainment system is a big disappointment? especially since this is a Limited edition. Sound quality is average and the Entune system should be dropped immediately in favor of Apple and Google offerings. Toyota is a little slow incorporating technology- not sure why. Still, I bought this truck for its above average reliability history and hope to have it for a long time.
Service department was very professional in meeting my service needs. I was greeted upon arrival and my vehicle was taken back 15 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. My service advisor Logan was exceptional in explaining my service details and taking time to answer my questions. I'll definitely return for future services. Good job!

The stearing for parking is extremely good.
Safety features for lane indicator and back up camera, a great feature.
Myself the driver and all passengers, extremely comfortable, roomy.
Trunk roomy for suitcases.
Best of all the V6, really picks up additional driving fun and safety. Especially passing.
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.

Great experience, nice facility, helpful staff and thorough examination of my vehicle. Went in to get the airbag recall replacement completed. I was given a list of items that will need attention soon and not pressured to have them completed immediately. It was very different from the high pressure service centers I???ve been to in the past that make you feel like your vehicle is going to fall apart if you don???t get everything fixed immediately.

Bought a 2018 Camry SE left over in ultra white with black interior. So far I love it. I’ve read many online complaints about the 8 speed Trans. I’ve had 0 problems with it to date. The car does learn your driving habits so it may take a few hundred miles for both you and your vehicle to learn each other. It’s quiet smooth and handles lovely. Very sharp looking. I’ve owned Honda’s Chevys Fords Chrysler’s Etc. been driving anything with wheels for 20 years, this is my first Toyota. I was going to go with the 2019 Accord but HATE the new Fast back design and the fact they only come in turbo which cooks your engine over time turned me off to them. I opted for the Toyota’s Camry SE instead. I Love the new sporty look and interior and the engine is more than powerful and peppy without all that turbo nonsense. My biggest complaint in there’s no heated seats in the 2018 SE other than that it’s a well designed sporty reliable car . The technology is unparalleled to anything I’ve have had personally. The Entune takes some getting use to but I have no major complaints or objections. No CD player but who cares with the way music is on our phones now. Might as well have a record player installed next to your 8 track deck if that’s what you want !😂 if you want a reliable car with a great reputation I suggest get one . Happy Hunting to you.
Everything was excellent but the total price to fix my car labor was 5 times the price of the parts. Grant it we had the money but just weeks before Christmas we spent almost 900 dollars there goes Christmas but thanks for fixing it in a timely manner.

This is a good reliable vehicle that holds its value. Love the 4wheel drive, and camera. If I had one thing to change it would be the back window wiper, it only cleans 3/4 of the window.

I have been in the market for a minivan for quite some time. I thought I wanted a Honda Odyssey until test drive one. I like the way it looks on the exterior but was not impressed with the the way it drove or the space in the interior. Also, Odyssey’s no longer have a black leather interior and that is impratant to me having four kids. I also test drove a newer Chrysler Pacifica. I liked the way it drove but disliked the space in the interior.
When I saw and test drove the Toyota Sienna SE Premium. I knew this was the vehicle for our family. Very stylish and sharp looking exterior but the interior is what we really enjoyed. Black leather interior seats, lots of space for passengers. It could seat up to 8 adults comfortably. It drives like a car with great pick up and can take sharp turns. Plenty of cup holders and storage areas. Very wide blueray player for the kids. Moon roof is nice. Many safety feature and the design of the dash is very luxurious. Super impressed and really enjoy driving this vehicle.
