Brad sincerely went above and beyond, Keith and the financing team as well! I doubted I could ever get another vehicle with my credit but they spent hours helping and doing whatever they could to get me into my dream car. I was stuck in an unsafe vehicle and they got me into a brand new Jeep safe and perfect. They’re not like you’re average dealership at all, they’re a family and truly care about every person that walks in the door. I cannot thank you all enough!

I purchased a 2016 BMW X6 50i. I was an out-of-state buyer and Amir made the process smooth and easy. They accidentally charged a fee twice and mailed the refund without me having to ask. Title and registration was very prompt.

I have been a Bobby Rahal customer for 25 years but this was my first purchase at the Acura dealership. The whole experience was very enjoyable. I did not feel stressed to make a decision on which vehicle I was going to purchase. My salesman Herb Haft was very helpful and very informative. I would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable.
I had a wonderful experience at Bobby Rahal purchasing a 2013 certified Acura TSX and trading in a 2008 Acura TSX. The certified Acura TSX was fixed up by Bobby Rahal to meet the certification standards and looked like new. Dave Williams, my salesman, was very informative but also very easy going and was willing to listen to me and address any concerns that I might have about the entire process.
As others have said, Dave Williams is an excellent salesperson but more than that you just know that he is a good person. There was only "straight talk" when it came to discussions about options that were available to me at Bobby Rahal Acura. There was no sales pressure. Just open and honest conversation. I left my RDX for a MDX (expanding grandchildren population) and I am very happy. Zach the finance guy was also great to work with. Even other sales personnel that were there the day I drove my new MDX home were congratulating me and they weren't even involved with the sale. They were genuinely happy for me. I am not sure about this but I don't think there are a lot of dealerships that have the same family like atmosphere. I recommend Dave, Zach and the entire dealership.

Yesterdays experience was awful (as you can see from my previous post)! Because the offer on the Lease was so good and I've loved my last 2 Toyotas, I decided that today was a new day and I would give Rahal Toyota a chance to rectify the previous days horrible experience! Understand that I was prepared to walk away from Toyota for good, but thankfully, I drove away in my new 2018 Corolla.
Today was like a whole new dealership! I walked in and was instantly greeted by Ahmir. Jeff was ready for our appointment. Eric had my paperwork in hand and explained everything thoroughly, answering every question along the way. The Finance Manager, Deana, was a phenomenal support in the entire process and Garth, the technology specialist made sure I understood all the gadgets in my new Corolla. Even making sure my phone was connected before I left.
I would certainly recommend visiting Rahal Toyota during the DAY and not the evening. I would also ask for Ahmir! He was very friendly and welcoming. I didn't get a chance to work with him but he was the friendliest sales persons on the floor. If you are looking to talk to someone on the phone, ask for Jeff!

I had a 4pm appointment to pick up my new Lease! I walked in the front door to see a manager sitting at the front desk who never lifted his head to welcome me, or even say a word. I waited a few minutes before clearing my voice, "excuse me I'm here to see Jeff." At that the manager said, "I'm not sure where he is. He's somewhere." I waited a few minutes more until Jeff finally came to the front desk and just stared. I introduced myself and he simply said, "Oh, is it 4? I thought it was only 3pm." To make a long awful story short. We waited in the show room 55minutes while Jeff worked with another customer, even though I had an appointment at 4pm. Jeff's attitude and actions surprised me as we had talked, in depth, the last few days and he had been a tremendous help; finding me a deal I was extremely pleased with. I understand that people get behind but this was ridiculous and to top it off, his colleagues were rude, no one else offered to talk to us (or even a smile!). We left! I love Toyota and I hope if I ever decide to return to pick up my vehicle, we are treated better! I drove an hour to this dealership because we had a bad experience with the Toyota Service department near my home and I was going to turn my Camry in and not Lease with Toyota a 3rd time. Service Department is bad at one Toyota Dealership and the Sales Department is bad at another. I just can't win! What a shame!
My family drove nearly two hours to Bobby Rahal Toyota in Mechanicsburg. Justin Stoner and the team could not have been more delightful to deal with. He was very helpful and friendly and we felt no pressure during the proccess. Once we agreed on a deal, he and the team really hustled to ensure they got us into our new car and out the door that afternoon. Thank you Justin and team for everything!
Talk with justin on Wednesday, told him i was going buy vehicle. He made everything so easy for me n my wife. Since we are coming from md justin had truck all ready to go once we got there Saturday morning
I've been getting both my 2011 Outback and my 2013 Toyota 4Runner serviced at Faulklner. Always a good experience. Bought my used Toyota from them. They gave me more for my used car than the other dealers on the same strip.
