Great experience with Honda of Salem. We are from the Seattle area. We set out on a out of town trip in our new Honda CRV. We were close to the Portland area when we lost connection with Apple Car Play. We pulled into Honda of Salem unannounced with no appointment. A couple guys from the service department tried to get it up and running but they were unsuccessful. They finally said they were going to get the software expert to look at it. They summoned Mr Philip Pham from the Sales/internet department. Within 30 minutes he had everything reset and working like new. He also explained some of the systems & how they worked on our new car. Actually he explained things far better than our experience up in Seattle. I’m very pleased with my Highlander Hybrid. My driving skills have improved due to all the technology that “speaks” to me as I drive. I feel safe on the road that contains so many large trucks. I get between 34-35 mpg. Not only have I easily packed my Mom’s wheelchair and other medical equipment, plus family luggage, there’s been plenty of room for a small circular oak table & 4 chairs!! The Highlander is , by far, the best car I’ve owned!

Imran was very helpful and everything was very smooth. In very short time we got our car.

Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

Overall a great vehicle. I recommend sitting in the front passenger seat before buying. If you are 5'8" or more you will hit your head getting in and out as seat is high and can not be adjusted on the XLE model.

I met with sales team member Bruce Stromenger who helped me buy a GLE 450. Bruce is an amazing professional, easy to work with, and so patient as I worked through the many options and packages to choose from. I was actually looking at other GLE 450s at other dealerships. Bruce was professional the whole way. Never pressured me at all. Always helpful. It was a combination of the car and Bruce that closed the sale. Very happy I was able to work with him.

This is my second Highlander. The first was a 2008 model and still in the family running great. This model has also served me well. I have 75,000 miles on it. I bought new tires at 60,000 and just had the battery replaced 3 weeks ago. The car runs great!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

Drove this '22 Rav4 throughout the US SW for over 3000 miles in 2 weeks without any problems and averaged 30+ mpg. Went through CO, UT, NV, CA, AZ, NM. Pleasant to drive and certainly comfortable enough. I have no complaints at the moment, and it doesn't have the CVT!

I went in and was met with friendly staff that were not your stereotypical car sales people. Jason Jenista was very accommodating and made the experience as painless as possible.

Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

Love this vehicle! I am a older person and really enjoy the features that the RAV4 offers to senior citizens. The ease of driving and parking is a dream with the rear camera screen. NO room for accidents with back up parking. Love the feature of fuel monitoring especially at a stop light it will shut down to conserve fuel and the minute you step on the gas it with take over. I'm all about saving gas!! Tail gate is another fabulous feature, as I am very short and love that it lifts and closes with no assistance. This is my 3rd RAV4 I have owned, by far the best 2022.

Recently purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Platinum and very pleased with it. It handles very well and is very comfortable. I previously owned a 2017 Highlander and this is definitely an upgrade. Like the legroom in the third row seat.

This is my first SUV purchase (I've always driven a small sedan). Our dealer suggested the Grand Highlander after hearing about what we were looking for in our next vehicle. I love it! It is so roomy and so comfortable. It handles great! The safety features are awesome, the infotainment center is easy to navigate, and everything the driver needs is easy to find and use. I love the additional storage and room with the Grand. I'm soooo glad I decided on the Grand Highlander.

I have never bought a car so easy as I did here. The process was quick and painless just the way I like it. The finance part for the car took like a 10 minute process. The no haggle price is the price and there's no back office person dictating the sales rep to get more money more money on the sale. It's all done at the desk you sit at drone start to finish, just you and the sales rep. I rolled out in my new car in a half hour total.. Loved it(and car is awesome too)

I LOVE my 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross. I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed a car more. It’s the perfect size for me. It has great visibility and I love the amenities like having parking sensors and navigation. It has mood lighting inside, auto brights which my previous car did not have. There are so many little things I love about this car. Also, Toyota came out with many “Easter eggs” with the Corolla Cross logo, which are always fun to find! The ride is comfortable. I’ve done a 14 hour drive to Colorado within the first year of owning the vehicle and it handled perfectly. It also snowed while we were there and we had no challenges navigating the mountains while in my FWD Corolla Cross. This was my first new car and I’m so impressed! Toyota has great reliability and I’m glad I chose the Corolla Cross as my first new car!

I had been car searching for five weeks due to my auto dying beyond expensive repair. I had been fortunate to happen upon Kyle Moderhak at Hertz, Portland. I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.
