I spent most of my work life in quality control and management. QUALITY, to me, is NOT spending time doing a task AGAIN. Service people that treat each task as the most important thing before them exemplifies the phrase, "quality is free". Thomson Chrysler Dodge service department SERVES my family even to the point of recommending a specialist instead of hoarding business for themselves. For me and my family, they will forever be " the family car doctor" because I trust them to assess and advise. In my opinion, a car and car owner are known by the COMPANY it keeps. As for me and my house, we will be served by Thomson Chrysler Dodge in Thomson Georgia.

Mine is the 2022 LE, but has the convenience package. It includes the sunroof, blind spot monitor, keyless entry, hood and door edge wrap. It really has almost all I could want. I wish it were another color than white, and the backup camera could be better at night. Other than that it has been pretty much perfect for the 13 months I have had it. The LTA, collision avoidance, and BSM, as well as adaptive cruise control are great safety features. The white paint shows dirt too easily, but it looks great when clean. I have noticed no issues with the power train. The gears shift smooth, and the power is more than adequate. I am 64, so way past the age where I wish to impress anyone with a road racer. Good, reliable, safe transportation from point A to point B is my priority. This care is more than adequate for that function.

I drove over 575 miles to buy a car from Thomson Chrysler Jeep etc. because they had the only 2020 Fiat 124 Spider I could find with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION.. My sales associate was MIchael Myrick and he was the best. We had to do most of our discussions via email and phone due to the distance. I bought the car sight unseen thanks mainly to his excellent presentation of the vehile and i could not happier. The business manger was also super nice. I think his name was Matt. He showed me the various options but was not at all pushy to the point of trying to get me to sign up for something I did not want as I have expereinced at other dearlerships. Inside the dealership building they even had a "Yellow Jersey" on the wall from the Tour of Georgia bike race. (Wow!) I would do business with them again in a heart beat if they were not so far away.

The Toyota Tacoma is a very good vehicle. We are very happy with our choice. It has all the latest perks. We would highly recommend this vehicle.

Just bought a 2023 Sportage and had an amazing experience with Brad. He was super helpful, knowledgable, informative, and did everything he could to ensure we left happy and satisfied with our experience and purchase. No added pressure to bite off more than we could chew, but certainly added effort to get us in a vehicle we love at a price we were happy with. Highly recommend giving Brad a visit! As a side note for potential buyers, those reviewers complaining about this dealer charging a price over MSRP are just ignorant to the current market conditions. Cars are selling at a premium right now due to multiple factors that are out of the dealerships control. A basic understanding of supply-and-demand will tell you that nobody there is trying to screw you over, that’s just the price these vehicles run at after the market adjustment. If anything, Brad and Evans Kia as a whole did everything in their power to lessen the sting of the market conditions and help us leave as happy customers. Don’t listen to the garbage these other people are saying, and just give them a chance to help you find a deal.

It's great to drive a camry xse the worse part about which is the best part of it is when you drive it if you don't put signal when you make a turn he will pull you back

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. Keep up the good work and "job well done!"

From the comfort, styling and reliability I have found that my 4Runner is exactly what I have needed for years and finally found. It has the winter capabilities that are needed where I live, but still has the style and comfort of a vehicle needed for long road trips and everyday driving.

Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.

Leased this truck new. Almost 2 years into my 3 year lease and love it. Rides and handles great. Very dependable. Have driven it from NY to Florida and back and it rides great.

Current owner of a 2023 Premium MT, first standard transmission car and first sports car. Came with the GR Exhaust Package. Almost 2,000 miles on the car, mostly town driving besides roughly 800 miles traveling back and forth for the holidays. I am a younger buyer, and I've been told by who knows how many people how inconvenient a sports car is to own, especially as your only car. This car has defied every expectation of that. I was able to load the back with a bunch of luggage and boxes, it more than carries everything I need. I am more comfortable in this stiff, low, budget sports car than i am in my old 2012 Lexus RX350. The seats in the premium are unreal. My town has really rough roads meant for pickups, so for this car to remain comfortable is really something. In terms of performance, it is always so much fun to drive, even if its just to the grocery. They could have gone further with the motor, but its a minor complaint. The steering is effortless but so precise. Every issue i have is a minor nitpick. The opening for the trunk is a little too small, the cupholder placement is annoying, and you cant access other vehicle information on the gauge cluster while in track mode. The only major issue (minor for a sports car) is the MPG. I currently have 23.5 and dropping. I have no idea how the reviewer got 29mpg out of this car. But again, sports car, not a Prius. Its not what its supposed to do. Possibly the best car on sale today when you consider its value. Puts a Miata to shame with practicality, performance, handling, and even shifter and experience (aside from the convertible option).

This car has given me a reliable mode of transportation. Even after the 12 years that i have had this car it has not given me any problems. The best part about this car is that even when I put an automatic starter in it and every winter i say it is the best money i ever spent on this car

Absolutely love my 2020 Toyota Camry. Wanted a mid size car with the best gas mileage and reliable transportation. Talked with a couple people that had Toyotas and they were really pleased. We live in a rural area so almost 100% of my driving is highway miles and I have gotten up to 45 mpg. Love the sleek style and all the bells and whistles on this car I'm still learning. Drives well on highway. Purchased this from Reliable Toyota in Springfield, MO. AUSTIN FOSTER was salesperson and he went above and beyond our expectations. No pressure sales, very kind, and considerate young man. Had contact with him twice after the purchase. He wanted to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and if we came up with anymore questions.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I love my prius!! I like the styling especially on the outside!! All in all I feel it is a Great Car!!! I have owned 3 of these cars. I like the Solara styling better but would want a hybrid Solara!!!

Bought my 2016 Camry LE this year. When I bought it, it only had 12,500 miles on it. It runs great and get's excellent gas mileage. I commute about 50 miles round trip each day so this baby is great. It drives almost as smoothly as my 2011 Ford Crown Victoria. I was really impressed with the drive of the car and the comfort of the seats. The interior coloring didn't impress me much and the exterior color (which is gold) wasn't my first choice but it was a deal you couldn't beat with the price and the mileage. I really liked this year's model as well versus the 2011 models and the 2020 models. I'm glad I picked this Camry and will be driving this bad boy a good few years!

We purchased a 2021 Toyota Highlander Limited in April of 2021. We absolutely love this car! The convenience features and comfort are the best we have experienced, and the interior design and quality is the best in the class. The upgraded 12.3" screen is worth the extra money, as the text is clear and precise, and the surround view monitor is incredibly useful for parking in tight spaces. We have friends with a comparable Explorer Limited, and the interior quality is far below that of our Highlander, and the ride quality with the 4-cylinder is jerky and noisy. However, even though we have had no mechanical issues, we have had issues with wind noise and a leaking AC unit into the car, both of which were fixed by the dealer for free due to warranty. Other than those minor hiccups, we love our Highlander!

I always get my Mercedes cars serviced at the MB Dealer of Augusta. Ben is always a pleasure to work with and always takes care of me and my cars. The service manager is also a great person to work with and has great attention to detail!

This was by far the most expensive impulse buy I've ever made. In Nov 2022,my son began selling vehicles at a different manufacturer's dealer in Elkhart, IN and told me about a 2021 Venza Limited they took as a trade-in with just over 8k miles. I never would've thought of this vehicle as an option, because I really wanted a RAV4 XLE, but I wasn't in the market yet. A few months ago, a salesman from my local Toyota dealer told me about the Venza while I was waiting to have my Prius serviced. My last two vehicles had been Priuses, which caused me to fall in love with the Toyota brand. Since I drive a lot, I was really wanting an AWD vehicle, while still a hybrid. I always thought it would be the RAV4. First, the negatives: Not nearly as much front seat storage as my Priuses. The Prius used to have an overhead sunglasses holder, two glove boxes versus only one in the Venza, and deeper middle console. My 2013 Prius had space below the front of the console to hold a small purse. I wish I had a sunroof that opened to fresh air, but don't mind the clear to opaque feature on the moon roof on sunny days. The kick open feature for the hatch doesn't work great, and I can't seem to change the home address on the navigation to my home address. Finally, my 100 lb., 13 y/o Coonhound/ Rottie mix has very weak back legs, so he can't jump in the back seat without using a ramp. Unfortunately, the back doors do not open wide enough to adequately allow for a more stable ramp placement. Oh, and I absolutely hate the car payment, but that's my fault. Now the positives: The heated and cooling seats are amazing, as is the heated steering wheel. The vehicle drives like butter and the sound system sounds fantastic. I'm in love with comfort, stylishness, and beauty of this vehicle, and in the only couple of times I've had to drive in bad weather, it seems to handle just fine. I definitely feel safer than when I drove my Prius (mostly the 2013 versus the 2008). Finally, I love that I can start my vehicle and lock the doors when I forget to, through the app, and it works even from my lower level office, which doesn't have any windows.

I’ve owned several Toyotas over the years from a 4 Runner to an Avalon onto several Camrys. Now in my later years, I needed a smaller car, easily handleable, and 35+mpg plus be reliable. The Corolla delivers. Not a speed demon or a car you drive like it’s on rails but does exactly what I was expecting. A great retirement unit for running errands and 100 mile trips.

I’ve owned an S model since 2014 and it’s like brand bew still. Never have had any manor maintenance issues beyond battery/tire replacements and minor exterior repairs from accidents. I recently had to replace the door actuators (which eventually fail anyway). Extremely comfortable to ride on long drives, Only complain I have is the lumbar support, but fixed that with a pillow. Fantastic fuel economy. Very fast if you put it on “S” mode. With 7+ years down and ~60,000 miles on the odometer, I’m still not giving it away!
