This car is great for someone who has a small sized family. We enjoy the comfort of a large driver seat and captains chairs in the center. We can get a little stuffy in the back but my partner is almost 6 feet tall and most of his family is big too so that’s the only downside. Other than that i love it.

I bought a Toyota CHR 2021 model 4 years ago. It was a demo with less than 1500 km's. It is reliable, comfortable and sleek. The only thing I dont like with the vehicle are handles at the back, but overall good performance and it is a good buy.

What we liked first was that you sit in the front seats seated. Your shins are vertical, not out in front of you. It’s very stylish and still stands out. We enjoy the graphics on MPG and ALL the safety features. No complaints after owning it three months now.

I got the Prius V particularly because instead of an SUV or sporty crossover I wanted a bit more of a station wagon feel (not as big as a mini van) that would be long enough to put a bunk bed single mattress in the back (It is). I love the fuel economy and the extra size. I traded in my '06 Prius for this Prius V. I've only has it about 5 hours but think I'm going to love it! I love the Blizzard Pearl. Would have also been happy with Sea Glass Pearl....

I purchased a low mileage pre owned venza xle and it is the nicest car I have owned. Rides like a luxury car, phenomenal gas mileage, decent power, loads of bells and whistles. And top it off with Toyota reliability, I do not regret it at all.

I purchased a used vehicle from the Hyundai dealership which I am happy with and was a stress free process. Less than a week after the purchase I had a problem with the windshield. I contacted the Used car sales manager Kevin Allen and explained the situation, without hesitation he said we will take car of it and did so with my complete satisfaction. Great experience.

The only problem that I have is the blind spot at the back windows on each side. I have to be extra careful when switching lanes. Especially the passenger side.

Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

Everything went very smooth, no headaches. We were in and out within just a couple of hours. Everyone was extremely nice, and the dealership was very clean.

However the fact that you go to the dealership that you trust and ask them to fix something very specific and obvious that requires only the cost estimate and labor and you hear that they NEED to run the ?diagnostic ? is very upsetting! The RAV4 Prime is a hybrid-electric vehicle with a bigger battery than the hybrid-electric version of the RAV4. It has Lots of power, all-wheel drive, decent handling along with versatile utility of the compact SUV. This is not an electric vehicle in that the gas engine will operate under certain conditions even though the 'electric mode' has been selected. That said, gasoline usage is reduced if 'electric mode' is used exclusively and the trip distance is less than 35 or 40 miles. My suggestion for Toyota (and anyone else building a "plug-in hybrid") is to increase the battery capacity to 60 miles of electric range. The range-extended electric 2nd Generation Chevy VOLT will deliver around 52 miles of electric range depending on driving and weather conditions and will nearly eliminate gasoline usage for most people. The VOLT electric-drive system is different from the TOYOTA hybrid-drive system. The VOLT will operate as an electric-drive vehicle until either the battery is depleted or the driver selects the "Hold" mode. The car then operates as a gasoline-hybrid-drive and reserves the battery charge for later use as a full-electric drive vehicle. The result of these two different drive systems is that the RAV4 Prime has given us an overall of 100 MPG verses the Gen2 VOLT of 164 MPG. Both have saved considerable gasoline. We recharge regularly at home on Level 1 or Level 2 and almost never 'top-off' at public charging sites. Both have been excellent vehicles with the RAV4 giving more carrying capacity with the trade off of requiring more fuel.

The lease price was better for the Corolla Hybrid than leasing another Prius. The Corolla is less roomy, but it gets better mileage (61 mpg vs 52), and I enjoy it.

I don’t write many reviews but I felt one employee deserved to be recognized. Celenne M, the Title Clerk. After leasing a car from another Gettel location more than two months ago, she inherited my problems. The title, tags and registration had to be transferred from another state. Additionally, I had numerous changes in paperwork to do and temporary tags to change out. It has been a frustrating situation. And took a lot of work. She constantly kept in touch with me and took care of everything without me having to contact her. This is made it could’ve been a really difficult and unhappy experience a good one. Thank you

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

I recently bought a 2024 Crown Platinum and I love the car. I've owned an Infiniti Q and a Lexus LS, and I rank this car above both. The 340 HP (only in the Platinum edition) is incredibly fun to drive. The AWD makes the car handle beautifully well. All the bells and whistles that are standard with the Platinum edition (heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, etc.) work wonderfully and are designed intuitively. The 32 mpg is unbelievable on a car this big. The entertainment system is excellent.

I have the 2021 XSE Nightshade edition. Runs super smooth and great for long trips. Bought it new and have had no issues only compliments from other Toyota owners. This car will probably outlast me. Gas mileage is awesome. Less power but that’s what you sacrifice when getting the hybrid so it’s worth the trade off.
