the customer service and the service was excellent but I had a coupon for a $59.99 oil change (synthetic oil) and when I paid my bill it was $74.39. When I asked why was I paying almost $15 more the excuse was that my car didn't require synthetic oil but I requested it so the oil change process required an additional fee (I drive a Toyota Yaris). There was no mention of an additional fee until it was time to pay the bill. I don't like being taken advantage of. Also, the service representative was very nice and professional and I know he's just doing his job, but he tried to sell me additional service repairs. I politely declined each recommendation and he would offer another service repair at a lower rate.
Celeste was our sales person and she was competent, helpful and friendly. She patiently worked with us until we decided what car we wanted to buy. The entire process was without any pressure, the business manager who did the paperwork was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions. We had a small problem with the price and that's why we took one star off. But in the end everything worked out fine and Pearson was accomodating with their price. We would buy there again, it's a fine dealership.
I am not good about keeping up with the recommended maintenance schedule. At my last oil change the employee spent a lot of time answering all of my questions about what is involved with my next big service on my vehicle, the time frame involved, and other questions. He was very patient and didn't try to hurry through the answers. Please keep this man for a long time! I like him. (Give him a raise, too. He's worth it.)

Salesman knew and stood behind their product. They were willing to negotiate to a price that left both parties satisfied. I'm a repeat customer and quite pleased. This also includes repairs and even warranty work.
I live 80+ miles from this dealership. This is my 3rd LEXUS purchased from this dealership even though I live within 4 miles another LEXUS dealer. All of the information I needed about my new car was furnished to me either by phone or the Internet. The final purchase agreements were made prior to my driving to Newport News. All I had to do was go down to the dealer, sign the necessary paperwork and drive away with my new car. Everything I wanted was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. It doesn't get any easier than that. Mohamad Mayassi, along with other supporting staff members met and kept all promises and commitments made over the phone. They even thought of a number of miscellaneous things that I would want or need that I had forgotten to mention.
I have been a loyal patron of this dealership for over 20 years. I have purchased several Acuras along the way. I'm happy to say that I will continue to keep this place as my favorite dealership. The best reason by far for my loyalty is Devin Sheldon! He is so great! He'll go out of his way to make the purchasing experience comfortable. He even decorated my new car with a huge ribbon. Loved it!!
My last two cars prior to buying my first Hyundai in 2008 were BMW's. I bought this, a Santa Fe, to help with our move into our new home. I kept this car for over 7 years, and still enjoy driving it. No one problem. Although I did have to buy a battery a few years ago. I also bought a car for my daughter at this dealership and just ordered a 2016 Tuscon for myself. They are honest, they don't play games with prices. I wish my Lexus dealer ( wife's car ) were half as good
Nick who works at retail parts was awesome. He was professional friendly and very knowledgeable if the parts I needed and very very helpful. I will becoming back for sure if my car needs anything else. Got a transmission flush the service was awesome too and including customer service. I highly recommend this dealership for service for Nissan cars. Thank you for everything..
Jim was knowledgeable and worked hard at giving me what I wanted and made sure I was satisfied. He made me feel comfortable in what I was buying and took the time to answer all my questions. I will recommend him to my future friends and family.
