Stopped in and was given a test ride in a truck we showed interest in. The guy helped us out and answered all our questions. Shared car fax info freely, it seemed very honest. I wanted to share this story.

This Truck so far has proven to be what we needed.We bought this Truck with over 200K,on it,in great shape,Runs like new one.We have had to replace few NORMAL items,and just today new rear calipers.little concerned about the RECALLS ,but bought it to hallows 44 foot RV and Hall it does.

Loaner vehicle while mine was serviced. Estimate was right on. Everything was explained to me , and understood . Service was completed in time quoted

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

Wheelers stands out as one of the most helpful businesses that I have ever dealt with. I had to work with GM on a "buy-back" of a vehicle that was not able to be repaired at a different service department. The buy-back process and vehicle replacement is not profitable for the dealership. After trying to work with many other dealers that were helpful until they found out that there was no money in it for them, I was lucky to find Wheelers. I'm VERY impressed with the customer care at Wheelers. Everyone there that was involved, including the Owners, Management, Salespeople, and Servicepeople, ... they all shared the same caring and helpful qualities. When it's time for another vehicle, I will return to Wheelers.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

I was looking to purchase a new truck in a very limited amount of time. The dealership did not have one in inventory with the options I was looking for. The team at the dealership, from the receptionist to the president, went above and beyond any expectation I had. They searched inventories while keeping in direct communication with me, found a vehicle, had it delivered, prepped/detailed and ready for pick up with in 3 days. This was the first time I had the owner/president personally call me to ensure everything was what I was expecting at a minimum.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. Kocourek Ford operates like a very well-oiled machine! The dealership facility was very clean and organized. He responded to our internet request for a test drive immediately, and followed up with us to set up a convenient time to meet for the test drive. I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I found out about Kocourek Ford in Wausau from a co-worker, and it is now my new “go to” Ford dealership. Customer service was top notch. I live in Appleton, but the 1.5 hour drive to Wausau was well worth it. My sales consultant, Billy Woldt, responded immediately to my internet inquiry on my 2018 Ford Edge and was my point-of-contact from beginning to end. Billy even had the Edge inside the facility ready for me to test drive when I arrived for my appointment. The follow-up e-mail from Billy two weeks after I purchased the vehicle was a nice personal touch. I will definitely be back to this dealership when I’m in the market again for a vehicle. I bought the 2019 dodge ram warlock in fall of 2019. It’s the beginning of 2025 I have 116,000 miles, and I have NEVER had any major technical, mechanical, electrical issues at all. It has to be the most reliable vehicle on the market. I love this thing

Have owned it for about one year the only thing I have done is change the oil and filter and put some air in the tires when the weather got colder. Have liked everything about it so far.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

My 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ provides a deluxe large SUV interior and a standard (short) tuck bed all in one vehicle. It is loaded with features to make it look and operate very well, and it provides mid 20's regular unleaded fuel mileage. The dynamic fuel management system combined with the 10 speed automatic transmission work together flawlessly to deliver smooth power without being able to realize what gear or how many cylinders the powertrain is using at any given time.

Had a nail puncture the sidewall on my Silverado. Heather and Dave in the service center were outstanding. Heather helped escort my 96 year old mother into the waiting room and got her a water. Dave called around town to find the tire I needed and secured it for me at a competitor. Because I was from out of state I didn?t have the time to wait for Wheeler to get one in from their warehouse. These two people gave me A+ service, were friendly, and efficient. I can?t remember the last time I?ve had such great customer service in any business. Thank you Heather and Dave!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

This is one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. We worked with Alex. He was very polite, very understanding, very knowledgeable. We were placed in the perfect SUV. It looked brand new being a used 2019 GMC ACADIA. Pur customer service rep Alex handled it very well. We walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service. At the time of signing for our vehicle, Alex went through everything they checked on the vehicle. Knowing that they go the extra mile to make sure that there is no factory recalls, or any issues with the vehicle, means they truly care for their customers.

What I am most satisfied with is its color. This matte silver color is matched with silver wheels, which is really unique. The matte texture is very good, and the personality is low-key but full of connotation. I just like not to follow the crowd.

I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Rides like my Tahoe and is a 2500. Plenty of power pulling a load of horses. Interior is immaculate for a truck. Shame to use on the farm. Thanks Chevrolet.

I walked into Wheelers Chevrolet and Connor greeted me so politely. Told him what I was interested in as We sat down at his desk. He offered me a beverage. He took me for 2 test drives, a z71 2025 new traverse, and a LT traverse. Connor was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. My husband was not with me. I made an appt to bring my husband next day. We did test drives and picked the the Z71. No pressure at all like some dealerships we have been too. Everyone there were so friendly and knowledgeable.. Cody took our info down for the finance aspect. Very professional and knowledgeable. The paperwork went very smooth. We will always go to Wheelers as our experience was top notch.
