They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. He will help you throughout the process no matter what kind of customer you are. Overall, BMW of Fairfax is a great family to be associated with. Thank you for yet again amazing experience!

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

Well mine is a tradesman. Meaning lowest model. It is a beast. Has plenty of power for a one ton gas engine. I have taken it on a couple of long trips highway drives and I actually got good gas mileage so I am pleased. Only thing I wish I had was a larger information screen. Backup camera is too small for such a big truck

For the most part we do like this truck. It tows our 31’ TT wonderfully. One major problem the transmission went at 68000 miles last month 6/14. Also the factory warranty expired in January along with the extended warranty that we never should have bought. Rip off for sure. We never needed it. So angry. The estimate was 7000$! And then when the transmission goes you have to replace the radiator another 1500$! We did get it repaired with everything done for 6900$. Chevy did help out some as well as the dealership. But I’m still angry that it went with low mileage and I will never ever get sucked in again on an extended warranty

Had such an amazing experience! Was a bit nervous to purchase a new vehicle especially in this market but the staff & service were outstanding & comforting. They educated me on every step & were so helpful with any questions/concerns I had. I've been car shopping for some time now but I'm beyond thankful I was able to find DNT. Would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a trustworthy dealership in the DMV. Finally got the Lexus I've been wanting & with the beautiful inventory they have, I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade!

Over the past 30+ years, I have purchased ~8 different 3/4 ton trucks, mostly diesel fords. The 2017 F250 Platinum has not disappointed, no engine issues and tows like a champ. My only complaint would be the seats are small and the comfort is terrible. You don't really notice it until you drive 5 or 6 hours and you have to stop because your butt and legs are killing you. This was not true with older models where driving across country was a breeze. Ford is not alone in downsizing the seating, even the airlines have done it.

Love these guys! They made buying car very easy after being denied in my state every where I reached out to them and was they help us almost that day get approved! Love these guys I bought a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GL-Class GL 450 4MATIC AWD 4dr SUV came how they described no problem and they delivered quickly all within a matter of days. Buy a car from these guys they were pretty transparent and kept it 💯 with us. I will recommend all my people's here...!!!!! P.s even took the car to a known place to uncharge on work and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. Of course I purchased a warranty which they also gave me a great deal on. I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

We had made an appointment to have our 2012 Yukon appraised as a trade in. Arrived and were greeted very cordially by Trevor Clay, our salesman. This was during Corona virus pandemic time and social distancing was adhered to as much as possible. I had done quite a bit of research before arriving. We told Trevor what we were interested in and they had an Acadia SLR that more than met our specs. Took it out for a short drive, came back and told him we were ready to deal. He consulted with his financial director and came back with a decent offer. We countered and it was accepted. Went through the paperwork. Trevor took us out to the car for a digital car training session. He was very knowledgeable about it, answered many questions and demonstrated procedures. Asked us if we had further questions and we said not now. We happily drove of in a beautiful red GMC Acadia SLR. We have had it one week and not driven it much due to the "stay at home" requirements. The transition from our larger Yukon will take some time, but it is not as bad as we thought it might. The more we drive it, the more we love it. Lots of getting used to so many more digital options. My wife and I are both very computer literate and the digital applications are fascinating, but we have a big learning curve to feel comfortable using them. Hope this Acadia is as dependable as our Yukon. We drove it 158,000 miles over 9 years and had no major problems with it.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.
