I like the no hassle and no pressure selling and pricing model. Good customer service and the salesperson was fairly knowledgeable. We were able to test drive two cars in less than 30 minutes.

Best first new truck. So far so good. I couldn't be more impressed with my Ridgeline. But.... I wasn't a big fan of not getting my vehicle into neutral with a dead battery to back it out of the garage to give me a jump start because I left my tailgate cracked and the lights killed my battery overnight so I had to go buy a portable jump starter cuz I was stuck face first in the garage. But lesson learned I love my new truck I'm glad I got it.

My son was purchasing a vehicle. The process was confusing and frustrating due to communication and misunderstanding issues with the application process. I saw a potential error in the process and tried to get it addressed at the time of filing however the office manager was not listening to the explanation of my concern resulting in an entire day being spent at the dealership to start all over. I did get a great deal for the price overall.

Best diesel built. Cummins dependable, easily upgraded. Large, comfortable 4 door cab, console folds to seat 3 in front and back. Lots of storage. Great pulling (3.73 gear) and fuel mileage ( up to 20 mpg) cruising. Typically run 400,000 miles with reg. maintenance.

I love my Dakota! They can pull more than what they are rated for, the 3.9L V6 sounds great, they are tough, and it's never left me stranded, the interior is simple and comfortable, it has some cool fetures for its age like a built in engine light decoder, and Cruze control that adapts to hills, and it has never needed major engine work. The one drawback is it has poor fuel economy around 16MPG, notorious for rust, and the automatic are reportedly very flaky (idk how bad I got the 5 speed NV3500). Overall Its a great truck and can make a great first vehicle!

We recently bought a car from Skip at Fort Walton Beach Auto Brokers for our daughter. We had been to every car lot between Niceville and Destin and were either disappointed with either the selections, or lack thereof, and/or the professionalism of the staff, or lack thereof. The moment Skip came out to introduce himself, I knew were buying a car from him, Whether we could find one on the lot or not. As luck turned out, We did find a couple of options and Skip worked with us so we could take them for a used car check up. They both had some minor things such as rear light replacement, tightening of bolts...nothing major and Skip from day 1 was honest and upfront about all of that and took care of it all! He even got a cigarette burn in the drivers seat fixed. He wanted to make sure the car was perfect for us before we drove it off the lot. Skip communicated the status of everything with us frequently and even called a couple of days after the purchase to see if our daughter had any questions about the car and make sure she was happy with purchase and it was running good for her. His professionalism, integrity, and honesty are above reproach. It was the best car buying experience! I will never buy a used car anywhere else and neither should you!

I have a 2005 Victory Red 2 wheel drive 1500. It has about 230k miles. I do residential construction and it’s the only truck that will allow me to carry 16-18’ length lumber hanging way out the back sometimes over 10’ past the rear bumper. But I do it anyways all the time. I just put a bunch of red flags on the end of the materials and the sides. I have even delivered several hundred pieces of rebar which I think where like 21’ long. They where literally dragging on the ground but I have done this countless times and have never been stopped by the police. Building houses and being able to deliver full length materials has been priceless. Also I have loaded the bed with a pallet of concrete and delivered many deck packages where the pressure treated material was water logged and weigh a tremendous amount. I estimate I often carry 2500-3k lbs in the bed sometimes almost double it’s payload capacity and even though the shocks and springs are flat and the backend is almost flat on the ground the truck handles it no problem. Also this truck is unique because you never have to be homeless. With the bed covers on an air mattress you can sleep 2 people very comfortably. With your upper bodies in the cab of the truck. It’s totally awsome. Very private and you can use the bed light and also turn the truck on and off to heat and cool it. Best of all you can stow all your blankets etc. in the storage boxes when you are not sleeping. We call it urban camping and it’s just like a mobile home.

Interior is nice in this truck, tons of storage which I need. Electronics are nice, but the NAV system definitely needs an update. Super comfortable and handles well. Gas mileage is what's expected but already 4mpg better than my old truck.

They took great care of both my son and daughter with buying their cars. We won't be buying new vehicles from anywhere else in town moving forward. If they had had a Buick in a plug-in hybrid, I would have traded my Kia in with them already. Thank you for taking such great care of my family.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

My fiancee and I bought a beautiful, lightly used Nissan Murano from these fine people over the weekend. Our sales associate, Randy Stock, could not have been nicer or more helpful. The manager we dealt with, Monroe Watley, was kind, clear, and upfront about everything. Again, no pressure, and he was flexible with us on the cost--we wound up getting a great deal! And finally, the finance manager, Brian Merritt, helped us quickly and easily get the best possible APR and monthly payment arrangement for our budget. He offered us an extended bumper-to-bumper warranty--but did so without pressuring us or trying to scare us in any way. When we declined, he immediately moved on and did not push the issue. And that was it--he did not try to sell us key insurance or rustproofing or any of the usual nonsense. And to top it all off, we got a free homemade apple strudel, courtesy of the owners! This will be our first stop next time we buy a vehicle, and I recommend you make it your first stop too--there's a good chance you won't need to shop anywhere else.

Great truck,has a ton of features. Gets a lot 20% better gas mileage than my previous truck Bought used but has a ton of features. Happy I stayed with Nissan.

This was the absolute best and fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! I talked to Chief through phone calls and texts periodically over the course of 2 days working through my deal. By the third day we came to an agreement on my trade value and purchase price with little to no haggling and Chief had my credit approval and paperwork finalized all before I even walked into the dealership and he was able to shop around to find me the best interest rate! Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

Randy is a great service advisor. Not only does he recommend but he listens as well. I have gotten the pleasure of working with him and he is quick and professional. Whoever answers for scheduling is great as well! She is very professional and provides great customer service.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle let alone having a vehicle that I was able to purchase on my own! My salesperson James and Rebeca from finance were absolutely awesome! James’ communication was a solid 10/10, he listened, paid attention, and took into consideration of what I could afford and what was interested in! I already had multiple issues at other dealerships with the salesperson not listening from the jump and trying to push vehicles on me that were way out of my price range or either putting little to no effort in due to my price range! So, I was already discouraged and ready to give up prior to even finding a car at Step One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat here in Crestview, but James and the Rebecca went above and beyond to the point where I literally cried! I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.
