I have been going there for a long time now and as youngish woman who’s not rich - I can tell you I have always been treated with the utmost respect and courtesy! Scott had been my sales man and is great with his knowledge of the vehicles and explained how all the gadgets work and even went over and beyond for me! He communication is excellent and he is upfront and honest as it gets :) He work With my schedule and makes me feel at home while waiting on word from the bank. Scott always explained the paperwork and what it meant and why - which was so nice for him to take the time and do that with me. I have been to other dealerships years ago and most sales people Would Look at Me and see tomboy and think I’m not worth their time or effort and blow me off. Mike the financial guy was also great, he did his best for me & I know because I saw all the work he was doing and he explained things very well also. Especially with the extended warranty - Which is nice because some will just say “ call them yourself to see what’s covered on the vehicle “. They got me one that cover specifics that I needed for the future :) Lastly even when I would pop in to drop of papers or whatever reason- if Scott wasn't there, The other sales men still got my Questions answered and treated me very well. I would recommend anyone go there and they will have a better experience purchasing a vehicle then they have elsewhere and not feel ripped off …. Which we all know is nice - !! Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Dave Taylor dealership was outstanding from day one. I personally dealt with David Smith, who is professional, courteous and understanding from the word go. From the moment I first met him on our test drive to the final signatures. He was awesome. My stepson was moving into college so we had a lot of things we had to work around at that time. David Smith took the time out of his day and helped us by taking my wife back-and-forth to our home and also dropping off a dolly at our home. Not only did they gave me a GREAtT PRICE for a Chevy Camaro. It beat the price of all others. I priced that year with those miles on it and every other dealership had them at the least 2 thousand dollars higher than Dave Taylor’s price. They are real, down to earth people that do not have that fake friendliness. They were true and sincere and HONEST! I am 53 years old and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Lemme tell you about this dealership. This was THE easiest and fastest deal I have ever experienced. Bob Chitwood is the truth. I met with him on a Saturday for a test drive. By Tuesday I drove away with my new car. He handled everything little detail BEFORE I arrived to sign all of the paperwork. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable and relaxed. Would I buy another car from them, yes. Is Bob Chitwood a thoroughly great salesman? Yes!!! He was soooooo good at his job, my bestie-who was with me for the test drive -also drove off the lot with a new car. Love. Them.

Bought used 11 years old from Chevy dealer. The 4cyldr is anemic in town but on Hwy ok 25 mpg. Not a heavy hauler/tower vehicle

We special ordered a Jeep Galdiato Rubicon in 2021 and loved it. Our only problem was it didn't leave much space in the garage. We decided to trade it for a special ordered Jeep Wrangle 4dr. RubiconX. This new vehicle left us with 34 more inches of space in our garage. We still have our 2021 Jeep GrandCherokee Trailhawk as our long trip vehicle. 2 never gave any problems accept with the Aux, battery after 3 years of own

Wonderful buying experience. Great selection, great prices and honest service. I recently purchased a higher mileage car for my teenaged son. The car ran very well, but there was an issue that the warranty should have covered, but the warranty company balked. The fine people at Lindenwood lived up to the warranty and fixed the car at their own expense. Not many companies in this day and age will go out of their way and take money out of their own pocket to "make it right". Clay and the entire team at Lindenwood are first rate and I can not rate them highly enough. I will shop them first from now on when looking for a used car.

I did not receive any recall notices at all. I am currently having problems with some of the items in recalls and have already paid for two of them (over $ 1300). Will Ford reimburse me?

We bought a 2025 Trax last fall. We cant believe how much we enjoy the car. Buying it was easy and stress-free.

I have had only 2 warranty issues. Both were immediately taken care of with no other issues on the truck. This has been the best vehicle I have owned out of 21 vehicles in my life. The comfort, power, features and dependability is why I gave it 5 Stars! I have roughly 59, 000 miles on it and I drive it every day. The gas mileage is 30MPG at 55 MPH!! I regularly get 23-25 on the highway at 65. Overall I get a real 16.5 in the city, and 24 on the Highway. My truck has been babied and kept clean at all times. No dogs, no kids, and I am happy with it.

I bought this truck used from Long-Lewis in Hoover, Alabama, in July 2025. I like the performance, gas mileage, and drive modes of the 3.5 Liter Twin Turbo with 10 Speed transmission. Lots of interior space, lots of interior and exterior lighting in the right places.

A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

This Service Department saved my sanity. I had an issue on a new Ford Focus that no other service department in area could even locate, tried 2 other service departments including original dealer car was purchased from. They found it and fixed it in 2 days.

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Traded a 2019 F-150 XLT for a 2020 F-150 Lariat. Both bought from this dealer. I have a Ford dealership 2 miles from my house, but I drive 20 miles to Sunset Ford because I really like the dealership. Bin Fu (Sales) was a great to work with. Howard Wood, sales manager, worked the numbers to make the deal happen and Justin Lombard (Finance) made the paperwork easy. Like I said, driving the extra miles is worth it for the great service I receive.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Although more than a year had passed since my initial negative Google review, the general manager did contact me directly when this re-post came to his attention. Apparently, his staff had not informed him of the reported issue at the time of my initial complaint. While nothing could change the past, I have to say that he did seem sincere in his concern about the circumstances and willingness to correct any shortcomings. He advised that his service department had undergone management/leadership adjustment since my negative experience . I have to give him credit and respect for reaching out even after a year. I choose to believe that he is genuinely concerned about his customers and was mislead by his then service staff.

Love my 22 Chevy LTZ truck, I have the cat back mufflers on it which are not that loud. The inside cab noise is really loud from the road noise and pipes. Don't feel the cab is insulated very well.

Most definitely I would recommend Century! First and foremost we are repeat customers! We have done many service appointments (oil changes, tires rotated etc ). I make appointments on my days off, set time and I’m in line when they open and get in and out quickly. I have never had any issues with that process ever! I was surprised with a card that had a coupon to buy a car of choice for Christmas. On Dec 25 I built my car of choice on the Century web site (make, model, color, motor, interior etc. ) and found 1 just how i wanted it, in transit. That in its self was a very fun process. I received it and could not be happier. Thank you Century for Craig who followed through and made all this happen for me, as it was ordered and scheduled to go to a different dealership initially. I love this dream car this was the best Christmas ever!
