I went in for service on my 2010 beetle and the a/c was not working right so mike Lombardi in service explained all to me and when I came back, he went over exactly what was done. I was so satisfied with his friendly service. while I was waiting to pick up my car, an orange 2016 beetle just drew me right in, I fell in love with it instanlly and then I met james, the brand new car salesman. he couldn't have been nicer very friendly and helpful and then along came neil to help him out...neil is clearly very knowledgeable and sharp. I even enjoyed gary (I think that's his name) in finance who made the process easier for me to understand, his patience with me on that was exceptional. overall the south Orlando staff was and is the best. thanks again guys

On March 3rd of last year I purchased my first BMW from Reeves Import Motorcars. I test drove a CPO (2012) 128i and knew I had to have it. Sales Associate Paul Salisbury & Advisor Michael Khoury educated me on the advantages of owning a BMW and the test drive did the rest. Nothing drives like a BMW.
A recent experience in service was over and above the Reeves normal exceptional level. I asked my Service Representative Johnathan Weihman and the Service Manager Kevin Walker about some unusual wear on two spots of my Boston Leather Interior. Even though out of warranty they checked with BMW USA and replaced the parts - I was only responsible for the labor. A loaner car and a couple of days later my BMW was perfect again. From the purchase process to the outstanding service, Reeves makes it easy. They appreciate your investment in their product and treat you like family.
I had a great experience from the moment I pulled up for service. I was warmly greeted, which I appreciate. My car was taken for it's 35,000 mile service and I was promptly given a loner car until my car was ready a couple of hours later.
Overall, I was very happy with everything.
The folks in service said they would do their best to complete the replacement of my radiator this past Saturday. I asked if they could do by 4:00. Got a call from Ed at 9:45 to acknowledge Car was in shop (I left in lot the night before) and they cautioned they would do their best to complete by 4:00 but it would be tough since so many jobs at once and I would def get on monday. Either way, I would get a status call by 2:00. At exactly 2:00, I get a call from Ed letting me know it was completed! Nice surprise! When I get there, I asked Erninda if my coupon could help reduce the cost by $20. She did better by giving me $50 off! On top of that, I was able to get 12 mos of interest free financing via VW credit. Overall, it was a positive experience, though my husband who was there with me wanted to know why a Tiguan radiator which costs about $100 something odd dollars would cost 3x as much here. Answer is simple: cuz we are dealing with a dealership, Markups are pretty high. That???s my only complaint.
Wether it is required services in the Sales area (New car delivery, registration issues, etc.) or the Service area (Convenient appointments, repairs done correctly and on time, etc) I have never had an issue with this dealership for the past 8 years whenever I needed their services. Can highly recommend this dealer and their entire team! To put this into perspective for anybody who cares, I have professionally seen and visited over 70 % of all VW dealerships in the United States during my work days!

Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.
We spent about 6 hours on the internet looking at inventory, prices, and dealer reviews for the Denver metro area. We finally chose the McDonald Automotive group, not only for their huge inventory of used cars, but for the quality of the reviews from satisfied customers. Dave Williams - Volkswagen - was patient and spent a huge part of his 10/12 hour day with us - answering questions, searching his inventory for the 8 cars that fit our list, looking at cars on 2 of the 4 auto lots, and driving another over from a third lot while we were on our 2nd test drive... or was it our 3rd? We found the car we loved, and it was washed and ready to go in no time. Our visit with the (dreaded) finance department was twice as fast as expected, and very pleasant (Thanks Tyler!) I would recommend this group and these people to anyone shopping for a new or used car!
I called Heritage a few days ago to schedule service for a recall on my VW Passat. I left a message for a service rep. I was called back by Tonya Kemper, an Upgrade Specialist. By the time I finished by brief conversation with Tonya, I was totally sure that I was in good hands. Tonya told me I was coming in and leaving in a new car. I went into Heritage as scheduled. I met Tonya and Dre David and fell in love!! I fell in love with the high level of customer service, the smooth process, the pleasant environment, and most of all- my brand new red 2017 Passat!!!! I am so thankful to God for blessing me to meet people who were so sincere in addressing my needs. Many people talk about negative car buying experiences, but I am here to say if you go to the right place and work with the right people it can be a positive experience that you will never forget.
