After our experience on Saturday, I spoke with VW of Marietta on Monday. They were very professional in handling our situation. We were able to set aside our differences and come to a mutual agreement. I was glad because our sales associates, Whitney and Sylvia, were a pleasure to work with.
My experience at Volkswagen of Marietta was wonderful. I had a very pleasant and knowledgeable Product Specialist, Whitney Starnes, she helped me from the time I started inquiring about the 2019 Jetta until I drove off the lot with the car I wanted. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and no high pressure sales.
Silvia was a great person to work and seal the deal with! She helped us step by step in insuring we got exactly the car we wanted. She made our experience at Volkswagen very great so did all the people there. Everyone was very friendly, patient, and easy to work with. Will definitely recommend people to purchase their cars here!
I did not purchase my car from the dealership, but their Service Dept has done all service on my car. Very easy to schedule online and they are very prompt on servicing my car. The entire staff is kind and courteous, and they take the time to explain my options and address all concerns.
I love my 2013 ESO, the salesperson was really great. The guy in the finance department talked me into buying the gap insurance but it was cheaper through my insurance company. The finance guy also told me I could cancel it at any time. I went there in July after calling him and I was told I had to do it in person. As of today November 26 the policy is not canceled. I have called him 3 times leaving voice mails and written messages with the operator. I have not heard from him. To me that is poor customer service! !!!
I had bought several used cars, but this was my first new one. It was easy to find our Atlas on Cars.com, and just as easy to reserve it. The whole experience from internet to facilities to people was great.
I just want thank Millo for a great first time experience in getting a me a great reliable car. Although, it was late and close to closing two nights straight he listened to my needs, and made sure I was fully taken care of. Felt like a distant uncle. He showed true compassion for what he does, and was not "pushy" in making you feel like you were just a sale. Karl was great as well in getting me in out and answering all questions I may have had as a first timer. Jersey made sure I got the most for my trade in and I truly appreciate the team work in making me feel okay about my purchase. Millo even made sure I got new windshield wipers not thinking he heard me he text me to let me know he was going to take care of everything. I sincerely appreciate everything guys. I have leased 3 VW Tiguans and my most recent lease is my favorite yet. Millo was super helpful and patient with me as I went back to the dealership many times looking for the exact right color combo for me. Ended up with my #1 choice (eventhough it was a hard to find configuration). Got a great deal and a gorgeous car!
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
