Our sales consultant, Ronald, was incredibly helpful, a good listener, and willing to help us find the best deal possible for us. We came out with a better car and we expected and with no issues or questions.
I give Hamilton Volkswagen a 5 star rating because they try to get you in as soon as possible and take care of business. While in for a cosmetic issue I was made aware of a recall check and it was also fixed. I???ve never had an issue while at Hamilton Volkswagen.
Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
Had to take my Subaru in for an airbag recall. First time I called to schedule, I was told upfront there were no loaners available in next 2 weeks due to so many responding to recall. So I scheduled out 4 weeks ahead, relating to the woman that due to my unusual work schedule, it would be impossible for me to rely on their shuttle service, which would not be operational when I would be able to pick up my car.
The day before my scheduled appointment, I get a call back from the same woman, who tells me that they can not offer me a loaner afterall but would be happy to schedule the shuttle service with me. I again try to explain to her that my work schedule does not jive with the hours of their shuttle service, and it wasn't an option for me to end up stranded at work without transportation. She either couldn't or wouldn't comprehend what I was telling her. And she gave me another run around about getting a loaner.
I still haven't had my airbag replaced and I'm going to call another dealer tomorrow. I'm willing to schedule around the realistic consideration that Colonial doesn't have enough loaners to offer more than a certain number every day. But they apparently aren't willing to work with me and my pain-in-the-butt schedule. But they sure are willing to send me endless emails and postal mail requests to trade up my vehicle.
This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Flemington VW Audi Porsche, and the 2nd car that I've purchased from Debbie Lotufo. I used to dread car shopping, but she makes the experience so much more enjoyable - her breath of knowledge and honesty is so refreshing and reassuring. Purchased a 2016 Infinity QX60 and very impressed with the quality and overall workmanship of the vehicle. Ross an exceptional sales person and made me feel at ease going through the process of this purchase. During my research of recondition titles it was difficult finding leaning institutes that would provide the necessary financing but Ross was very helpful there. I would recommend an extended warranty for peace of mind. Overall experience GREAT!!! And I plan to go back for the wife.

Was contacted again by dealership on another car, but when I quickly responded, I was told that the 2nd car was already sold.

I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. From the moment I walked in the door at Lester Glenn I felt at ease. NO high pressure. I knew what I wanted and Frank understood that. Frank A. was my salesman and had absolutely the best car buying experience. I had a million questions and they were answered without judgement (not always the case when a woman is buying a car alone) even though a couple of my questions might have been considered silly. We went out to the lot to look at what was in stock but the Lime Twist I had my heart set on was not available. He took the time to go through the computer to see when one in that color was going to be in. I was pretty lucky in that respect too! I picked up my new car today and even though it was raining it didn't dampen my experience in the least. Great customer service! Tony, the salesman answered all our questions and got everything done pretty quick. No waiting around in the car dealership all day everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! Would give 10 if I could!
