Fun and pain-free buying experience

Let me start by stating that Larry Riggs is hands-down, the best car salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. After being treated poorly by my local dealership, I decided to look elsewhere and stumbled upon Overturf Kia. I called as soon as they opened one morning and was directed to Larry Riggs. I'm very glad I was. I worked with Larry, on my time, throughout the day via phone calls, texts, and emails. At no point did Larry put any pressure on me to purchase the vehicle. We reached an agreement, but I was located nearly 300 miles away and getting ready to go on a work trip for a week. Larry did all he could to make the deal possible and even took time on his day off to meet me 2 hours from the dealership to get papers signed so that the car wasn't bought from under me. I've never experienced this degree of service from any salesman and especially not from a car salesman. After signing the paperwork, I was pleased to find that my brand new Stinger had been moved into the showroom to keep it out of the elements while I was away. Yet another huge gold star on Larry's level of service. I could go on to describe several other, unnecessary acts of customer care where Larry went above and beyond to provide for me, none of which were requisite for the purchase of my vehicle. Nonetheless, Larry proved time and time again that he is a very rare professional in this usually unprofessional world of car sales. Mark Neely and Don Baer also did a great job at making this as pain-free as possible. Do yourself a favor and go see Larry Riggs and the other great folks at Overturf Kia the next time you're on the market for a new or used vehicle. You absolutely will not be disappointed. I honestly cannot believe I'm saying this, but this car buying experience was actually enjoyable. Thanks again Larry!
