A service department that is more like my friend's shop

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
Tommy made the task of purchasing a vehicle actually enjoyable. He was always readily available with answers for all of my questions. When the deal was finalized, Tommy brought all of the paperwork to me for signatures. That kind of customer service is extremely rare. The whole process was completely transparent - no surprises. Thank You Tommy and Street Volkswagen!
My experience shopping with Volkswagen Kingston was truly enjoyable, and I owe it all to Tammy. She made the experience SO easy and effortless. She kindly worked with both my fiance and me, giving the necessary information to both of us to make us happy. From figuring out a frustrating trade-in, to understanding my new vehicle???she handled it all with grace and made me feel at ease. I am so satisfied with my new Tiguan???it???s the perfect fit for my new family, and I am so grateful to be working with such a great dealership. My first Volkswagen, and most definitely not my last! Found this car on Cargurus and reached out to Curran. Quick response with every step. Sean (Used Car Mgr) was excellent. Easy to work with and flexible in final negotiations. Reed (Sales) was amazing. Test drive and tutorial on car features was great. Barbara (Finance) worked diligently to finalize this out-of-state purchase. Insurance company I use was hard to reach and instructions were unclear. Worked it out after a few additional calls after I took delivery. Waiting room was a little disappointing but overall, very satisfied.
Everything but just your job. Brandon and people like him are why the dealership can still be a comfortable place to be with out pressure or feeling like you know nothing. My new preowned jetta is fantasuc in every way and how Brandon asked me the right questions and steered me away from spending more money by showing me how the car met my needs was perfect. Ill be seeing you in 3 short years.
Wow!! What an amazing dealership. We were so disappointed by our local FWB dealership. We called Pete Moore Pensacola to see if they could find a new 2019 atlas that met our criteria. We talked to David Swartout and he was beyond helpful! His promptness was amazing! It took a week to locate the perfect Atlas but when they did, he called us and guaranteed it would be here by the time we needed it. Our lease was about to end on our Tiguan, they had us come up, sign all of the paperwork (we did most ahead of time and we were in and out of there in 45 minutes!), and they gave us a loaner vehicle for 2 nights since our car was not in yet. Helen from Pete Moore Cheverolet, delivered our car right to our driveway and swapped it out for the loaner. We CANNOT sing enough praises for David Swartout, Jeff Korel and Josh Zewifel for making the experience absolutely flawless! They were helpful, responsive, friendly and so happy the entire time! Their ability to make the experience so great for us shows that this dealership is so focused on making the customer happy! We will be driving a hour and a half away just to have our vehicle serviced at this dealership because of this experience that we had! Thank you guys for being so great to us!
Bought a new Beetle. This is my 6th VW and the 4th I've purchased at Patrick's. I love the car! David Balkus knew everything about it, even answered my questions before I could ask them. David the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with as well. Thank you Patrick's, I'll be back.
Only reason i am not giving 5s is because i had to return the following day because i wasn't getting enough for my trade. Although i did go upside down on my trade, Ancira did have the best pricing for my Atlas. The customer service was great and i was happy with my purchase.
I had an a appoinent for my 1st oil change with a 10am appointment and did not leave until almost 1pm. Also had a car wash which barely looked washed still had dirt all over the Rims. Also they never reset my oil life and a day later my tire pressure light came on. Makes me feel as though they didn???t really check the tire pressure as they marked down on the paper.
I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Starting from the initial Internet contact with Diego, to the moment we stepped foot on the lot and met Jim Cord and his sincere warmth and friendliness, to the efficiency of Jeff Rosen, thoroughly explaining and matching a comparative offer from another dealer, to finally wrap finances around with Ed, we could have not been more satisfied the ease, friendliness and no pressure attitude of the entire staff. There is always the stress of playing games when you get ready to purchase a vehicle, and we truly felt that this group did not do that with us. The entire experience maybe lasted 2-3 hours, and we are now owners of a beautiful vehicle
