We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.

I live 120 miles away from this Coachella Valley VW and it was well worth the trip to do my car shopping at this dealership; Buying cars is usually a very unpleasant experience but that's not the case here. It is all a matter of communication and this particular salesperson really was intelligent with his excellent communication skills, I had an exceptionally good experience buying a car from him.
