I asked for the detail to polish out few scratches and scuffs, the car was taken back to the detail shop and brought back with little to no change. Either the detail shop did a poor job or nothing at all. While the salesperson was very nice and attentive, he mentioned that even new cars have scratches on them. .y concern was my car not the new cars.

I came back and bought the car later that day. Process was fairly easy, and costs seemed fair and clearly laid out. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a VW or a nice used car.
