I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.
I’m there to sign final papers, and the guy hits me up with 5 or 6 maintenance agreement options, rapid-fire. Says I have to decide right now. No time mull it over. Should have priced that info the day before. I declined them all as I don’t like pressure sales.
