Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
The dealership was clean ,modern with a friendly atmosphere and courteous people . All the questions i asked were answered.I was advised of how the vehicle was and when it was available for me to test drive and then I had a conversation between the people at the dealership and we talked about options on this particular vehicle.The vehicle was financed at the dealer which I liked.
Customer service at this location was great today. Will be returning for future fixes! Didn’t get the name of the girl helping me but she was wonderful, made sure my car was taken care of.
