The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.

I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!
I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
We decided on the Atlas about two weeks ago. As we were pricing and test driving all the different models, we really wanted the SEL. However, that style was slightly more expensive than we planned. We are from Bucks County, and we were looking at all the area VW dealerships. We needed the price to be a little lower, and that is where the Ciocca internet team, Tina Collins, responded to an email inquiry about the Atlas, and gave us a price that no Area dealer was willing to match. So we confirmed everything with Ciocca and put a deposit down over the phone! (Which made us really nervous). When we finally arrived in Allentown the staff greeted us and made our transaction extremely pleasant. We really appreciated how they were willing to answer all of our questions and stayed with us way past their closing time to finalize our deal. We never felt rushed, and the staff so helpful. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Ciocca dealership and cannot thank them enough for putting our family in this great vehicle.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. She took the time to explain everything to me each time and made sure I was getting the best deal. I make it a point now to always make sure she is doing the finance part of my deals so I know I don't have to worry about everything. She gets me in and out quickly with exactly what I came in for.

Saw the car online. Looked like a good deal. Read some not so great reviews about this dealership but liked the price point for the vehicle year and low mileage so gave them a shot. Tremendously pleased with the car, the experience, and the staff. Josh sold us the car and Ryan, the manager, filled in when Josh was closing another sale. Very informative and considerate gentlemen. I was pre-approved which made the process smoother. Also received great value for my low mileage trade in. Plan to return for my next purchase.
