I rarely write reviews, but this one is necessary. I have owned 5 Honda cars over the years, purchased from 3 different local dealerships. I visited these same 3 dealers and was very dissatisfied during this round. So, I decided to give Davis Honda a try. I met with Salesperson George Trauger. Thanks to George, this car buying experience was UNBELIEVABLY hassle-free and unlike any other I’ve had before. George made the process fun, fast, fresh and friendly.
Additionally, in my travels I have found that meeting with dealership Finance Managers is one of the most stressful parts of the car buying process, where Finance Managers aggressively push overpriced products I didn’t ask for. Bernadette Estelow changed my perception of this. I found the interaction stress-free, educational, and value added.
I’ve been a loyal Honda customer for years, and now I have finally found a dealership worthy of the Honda brand. I look forward to this relationship for years to come.
Will look here first the next time I need to buy a car. Actually enjoyed the experience. Good deal of just the car I wanted. Rami took care of everything. Friendly, attentive, accommodating, efficient...normally the car buying experience is long and uncomfortable...not with Rami. Defiantly recommend.
It was well worth the drive from Northeastern Pennsylvania for a great deal on a Mercedes GLA 250. The car was everything as advertised. Saeed was extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a used car.
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jenna on numerous occasions and I can say that she has always been the most professional yet down to earth person you could ever work with. She took the time to explain everything to me each time and made sure I was getting the best deal. I make it a point now to always make sure she is doing the finance part of my deals so I know I don't have to worry about everything. She gets me in and out quickly with exactly what I came in for.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. From start to finish I received phenomenal pricing, service and delivery! Everything was done through the internet and my ILX was delivered to my door! I asked for their best price and I was given the best price the FIRST TIME! No games, no back and forth, no hidden fees, just total professionalism and the sense of this Dealership isn't looking to rip you off. I reside in Abington and was concerned about servicing my car. I was told by Jamie, Sales Director - Whom I worked with, that for the servicing they can set up pick up of my vehicle and leave me with a loaner vehicle and then coordinate returning the vehicle to me once it’s done. I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!
The best experience anyone can ask for when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson Marius was amazing when it came to showing me all the features of my new 2014 Volkswagen Passat and went well beyond my expectations when it came to customer service. When it came to financing Max was amazing getting me approved even though my credit was rough. I would recommend Carvision to everyone
I gave this rating because of the attention, consideration, and accommodation that I received from Rex Aaron. God bless his heart. He took very good care of me. As for Anthony xxxx at service, he did not demonstrate any customer service etiquette to me. I was already upset about my disappointment with vehicles that I purchased just in May, and having so much problems. He got very argumentative with me on the phone coupled with condescending attitude. When I came to pick up my car he completely ignored me, and never acknowledged me, even as as I was saying hello to him. I was taken care of by others. That is not how I know Lincolon.
