Drives and Rides very smooth and comfortable. Beautiful exterior/interior. This vehicle has all the bell and whistles where technology is concerned. I would highly recommend others to purchase a Buick Regal.
Always treated very nice at this dealership. This is the third Kia Soul my family has purchased from Taylor Kia. Would highly recommend any of their cars.

All the options are nice.
I like the heated seats, heated steering wheel, power doors and lift gate, remote start. The vehicle rides smoothly when up to speed.
I do not like the low takeoff power of the V6, the highest end stereo and speakers are really lacking in depth and sound. It has short legroom on the passenger side.
All in all, not bad for a $18,000 van, but spending $28,000 would have gotten the Toyota or Honda. I primarily use this van for work, so its adequate.
This one of the best service departments around. They provide you with periodic updates on vehicle, snack and beverage bar while you wait, car wash every time you come in, with a professional staff to answer any questions you may have! Would recommend Kia of Boardman to anyone!

Ride is smooth and enjoy that it have plenty of room. And love the look from the inside to the outside.and the color choices.so glad that I don’t have to pick up my phone when someone calls,it’s all contacted to the Bluetooth.and the audio is good.
I have been a Taylor KIA of Boardman Customer for several years (3rd lease) and I have never had Any problems or concerns, Jennifer and Jerry make it a point to deliver great customer service. My last service appointment was a 2 hour process! But I was offered shuttle service to a local shopping plaza, which I accepted with pleasure! How convenient is that!! The waiting room is always clean and with an assortment of snacks and drinks. So I would say "Great Service Taylor KIA "

This car is perfect for our family of 6. I wasn’t ready for the minivan life but needed more room. It has a Sports feel with plenty of setting. The seats provide comfort and durability. The drive is smooth and quiet.
Awesome dealership, I was interested In a vehicle that was already pending a sale, the other person bought the vehicle so I wasn't able to purchase here but very helpful they wasn't to pushy but was willing to help me get the vehicle I wanted no matter where it come from, can't say enough.

We own a Pilot too and there is not comparison on trunk space, rear visibility, and comfort. The Tahoe is big on the outside and small and uncomfortable in the inside. The third row seats are horrible low, not space for legs, and hard. There is not way to fit 3 suitcases in the back and maybe not even a big suitcase. We barely fit only 2 carry on suitcases on our family trip. You pretty much feel claustrophobic in the third row. I can’t say enough about how poorly designed the 2019 Tahoe 7 seater is. The old 2011 pilot we have is 150 times better, spacious, comfortable, and all the good things a SUV should be. Truly disappointed!
I bought a 2011 Cruze from Cole Valley Cadillac in Warren they were very rude and disrespectful to me and I had problems with my check engine light so I ended up going to Cole Valley in Newton Falls they treated me with respect and tried to solve my problem with my check engine light it took a while and several service calls to get it right but so far my check engine light is off and they treated me with respect and kindness at dealership in Newton Falls

Has not been a bad 2nd car. Fun to drive with the 6 sp. Manual. Small basic, but effective for my wife's commuter use. 4x4 great, and Gas mileage very acceptable, at about 32 mpg average. Recall is needed on Oil change reset. Has never worked. Dealer asked me to pay them to reset it. Been changing my own oil for 50 years. Refuse to pay them.
Nick Sipe and Mike Shaheen were both great to work with! My husband and I bought a new car from Spitzer Ford Hartville today and these gentlemen made our car buying process seamless and painless. Great experience with both and would definitely buy another car from this dealership again.

My 2013 Dodge Durango Sport exceeds my wife's Buick Enclave in overall design, comfort, dependability and performance. While I like the Buick Enclave very much, and she is on her second Buick Enclave, I have remained a huge Dodge Durango fan. This is my second Durango. The ride is second to none. It is quiet, roomy, powerful and filled with luxurious appointments that fit this 60 year old body like a glove. The Dodge Durango is the most perfectly designed vehicle ever created in my humble opinion. Driving a Dodge Durango sometimes makes me feel like I've earned a reward for all of the crumby vehicles that I've had in the past.
The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.

This van comes with all the whistle. Love the side camera, leather seats and Dvd and the ability for passengers to charged their tablets and phoned. It’s comfortable and beautiful. A most for family with kids who has car seats.
They are so nice and professional. I have been dealing with John Romell for years and I bought two cars off of him. they are fair and honest and they have a great selection of cars.

Back seat hard and uncomfortable. Small things went wrong. Maintenance waits long. After 4 years a must to get extended warranty and the thousands of dollars they want is way too much because parts and repairs are so expensive

Gas mileage, head turner, beast with turbo... the perfect car! I used to be an M3 guy, exclusively. So glad I found Mercedes Benz!!! I will never look at another manufacturer again... $16.00 to replace a headlight, ON A BENZ??? Yep, owned it 3 years and total of $1,122.00 out of pocket including tires and all maintenance. Amazing, amazing car! Mercedes Benz of Beaverton, FYI; only place for service too! Chris Walters is The Man in service, hands down best rep ever!
