Accomidating my changing car needs & provided practical opti

Although it was a full day commitment at the end of the day I returned my leased car & renewed a new, smaller car that fit my needs better with the changes in my family (kids off to college). I???m happy with the new purchase & glad I was pretty seamlessly finished with my previous lease through ???pull forward??? option. At the same time I have many new safety features but maintained all of my ???premium??? package with Audi care and tire & rim program.
Derek and Gustavo were both great! I ended up working mostly with Derek. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The sales process went extremely smooth. I found the vehicle on Cars.com, test drove, and made my purchase all within a week. The facility was nice, as well! I highly recommend this dealership!
My husband and I spent several days getting bullied and hoodwinked into prices that were well above what they should have been. We finally stopped by Hertz and were pleasantly surprised by the helpful but laid back staff and the low no hassle prices. We must have test driven 7 different cars and the dealer was eager to keep trying until we found the one we loved. I wish I had learned about Hertz alot sooner!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

Recently went by Chicago Fine Motors to look at two vehicles they had in stock. The whole process took less than 1.5 hours from arrival till leaving with the vehicle we wanted. Very straight forward process with no games.

Pricing was great, and service after the sale unbelievable. They really know European cars. I had some issues months later and he was quite gracious in his pricing and care.

Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
