Andreas and Richard when above and Beyond had an issue at first they worked really hard to get me where I needed to beThis is my sixth car purchase from them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle
Car is reliable but too pricey
July 26, 2018
This car meets my needs and as every new car is good at beginning...after couple weeks you realize that the car has no value of 32-35 thousands
Neil Hartman Honda in Clarksville provided the best deal available from three local dealers. Tavis Brown was the salesman I dealt with when I came to look at the vehicle. He had sold me Accord I traded in back in 2014. Online I dealt with a salesman name Yusel but he was not available when I came in to see the car. Everyone at the dealership was nice and the buying process was fairly painless. Tavis went through all the features on the vehicle to make sure I understood what they were and how they worked. I highly recommend Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville.
We just purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Hertz Car Sales in Louisville, KY.
The experience was a very pleasant and friendly one.
Delfin Clark who was our sales person was extremely helpful, informative, and had a super personality.
There price was very competitive and we were amazed at the number of customers that were at this dealership on our 2 trips there, which tells me they must be doing something very right to have this many buyers.
Highly recommend this dealer and Delfin as a salesman!!

Beautiful car! I test drove it for 9 miles on the street then interstate. I had to have it so I got it!!! The performance, the color, the features, and everything about that car just fit my style. The test drive honestly is what got me. Also everything under the hood is placed in its own compartment and neat! All factory literally brand new with only 39,000 miles!!!!!
After months and months of searching for a newer model car we stumbled upon Hertz and couldn't be happier. We will be looking for a second car within the next year and Hertz will be the only place we look. Our saleswoman Jodie was great!
My VW has been very reliable.

This VW CC is very quick and handles like a go cart. For a sports sedan it has few equal, particularly for the money. It is simply fun to drive.
Sales people are not pushy and will not talk finance until you are ready. One thing I wasn't satisfied was "Hertz Certified" vehicles. They tell you that all of them went through the certification process, however, cars will have break problems, bad work on cars that were hit and chips at various places. One of the cars I test drove had a really amateur work done on its rear bumper. So I wouldn't trust their certification, please take the vehicle to the mechanic and be on the safe side, unlike other no haggle dealership, they are no returns once the car is purchased.
Best looking and most fun to drive for the money.

Exhilarating to drive, especially in Sport mode. The DSG (dual shift gearbox) feels like a stick shift because it is! - only it's computer controlled. The low profile high performance tires make corner incredible. Looks like German cars costing many thousands more.
I had to find a car quickly as ours was totaled---I didnt have time to mess around with any guesswork and negotiating....I worked with three different dealerships and this was a great deal, great car, and a great price and I would highly recommend....
Love my CC R Line

The looks and the fact that it was a 6 speed manual attracted me to this car. The lines combined with the split spoke wheels really make this car stand out and look more expensive than it is.
The CC is fun to drive, especially with the manual transmission and has adequate power from the 2.0 turbo, however, a twin turbo 6 would really amp up the fun factor.
The interior is nice and well optioned. I currently have just over 100,000 miles on it, and haven't had any major issues.
These guys are awesome! There is no bull crap with them. They don't talk money until you want to discuss that, they are not pushy! Prices are the best we could find! The people are very friendly and are not out to get as much out of you like most dealers. Very proffessional!
First Luxury Car

I wanted to buy my first luxury sedan I was originally looking at a4s c300s and 3 series as those cars that I see on the road the most often then I came across the CC it has enough power as the others you can also tune it to have more the reliability was much better than its competitors and the interior and quality is no slouch either. I absolutely love this car and couldn’t be happier for my first car.
Jim made my experience very easy. The entire process was wonderful. My daughter bought a car here from him as well, and her experience prompted me to come back. Thanks, Jim!
Love everything about this car!

Love the German styling, get comment "Is that a Mercedes" all the time, many compliments. Love how it drives, low profile tires makes it corner extremely well. Very quick in sport mode, great mileage on the highway. Love the headlights that turn with wheels and extra side light that illuminates where you are turning.
I wanted something nice for my first car and the Vw cc was perfect in terms of price and all the features I was looking for. It's a good car to buy pre-owned because a majority of the depreciation happens within the first three years. I bought it mine for $18,500 (plus MA tax) with only 20k miles and a clean car fax.Msrp was originally around 35 grand but because it dropped in value it made it perfect for me to buy pre-owned. It's comfortable, quiet and has more power than most would expect. My overall mpg average is about 28 which isn't bad. The engine has the recommendation to use 93 octane but it really doesn't matter too much. Oveall great car and I hope to drive it till it's dust.
I got to try out the CC for a few days and there was several good points, and a few not so good points so I'll try to summarize
Exterior and Interior:
The exterior design is very attractive and stands out so much more than a regular Passat the daytime running LEDs make the car look very modern and with the coupe like styling it makes the car look more expensive than it is. The interior is very nicely done, it has a very clean design to it and the materials feel of a very high quality. The infotainment system feels a bit slow and while it does have navigation, the display is very small . The backseat is not so great, I'm 6 ft tall and the backseat felt very cramped and the "coupe-like" roof intrudes with headroom. and the middle seat might as well be non existent. Trunk space is average but the opening helps make the most of the available space
As for driving it, it is a very enjoyable car, the engine feels much more powerful than what it says on paper. The ride is very good although not to "floaty" and the car handles very well. The DSG gearbox in this car is very responsive, gear changes are smooth and fast, while you do feel a lot of torque in the low revs, in the high revs it can feel a bit lacking.
Overall the CC does a lot to separate itself from the rest of the VW lineup, and does a very good job if you want a 4 door coupe at a fraction of the cost of a Mercedes CLS
This is my second purchase from this lot. They have a great selection that really will fit any need. I love buying from this lot because I know that I will get a good reliable car that will last me for awhile and the manager will do anything to make sure you get in a good car for the right price. Instead of going to several lots and trying to find a halfway decent deal I recommend anybody go to this lot to get the best deal first try.

This car is so classy and at first intimidating because it look like it is so expensive. In all actuality it is reasonable. The features are amazing and it is a nice smooth ride. Definitely a car hard to pass up.
