I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Excellent buying experience. Worth the drive from all the way down in Portland. Worked very hard to find me the best deal on my trade. Matt and Todd were friendly and worked with me until well after closing time.
I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.
Had a great experience buying my dream car from here! They were very professional and courteous, answered all my questions and are very good people. My salesman was TK and he was a very nice guy, he gives back to his comuntiy witch I think is a very good quality.

He goes way above and beyond with extra attentiveness; he programmed our new car's radio with our favorite stations, paired our phone with the car's system, and streamlined financial transactions. This is the 6th car our family has purchased from Campbell VW/Nissan. First one in 1986 then another in 2002 and then 2011, 2015, 2017 and just the other day. Alan Kemper was our salesperson for the last 4 and I readily recommend him to other family and friends who are car shopping. The dealership in general is welcoming with a comfortable feel, not too stuffy yet professional. Service and parts departments are tops.
Bought a new 2016 GTI S here. They did everything they could to get me into a car I wanted. Great friendly staff and awesome service. Would recommend everyone I know to buy a VW from here.
