I have a 2009 VW CC which recently had the EPC light turn on/off randomly during times of idle. I called VW Cerrritos and spoke with Spencer who explained what could be the possible causes for the light turning on. He recommended I try to replicate the problem before bringing the car in if it was safe to do so, this would prevent me from losing money if the problem didn't show up during the diagnostic. I decided to purchase an affordable OBDII reader that worked through an app on my phone and was able to retrieve a code for a camshaft sensor. I told Spencer my findings and got an appointment set up for the next day at 8am. The car was diagnosed quickly and was back to me the same day of drop off. This process included diagnosing the problem, calling the warranty service for an "OK", repairs, and waiting for the warranty to send payment after the repair was done. I'm not sure were the Camshaft sensor in my car is but that is a quick turn around considering all parties involved. I was provided with a ride home after drop off and a ride to pick up my vehicle which really made things so much more convenient. If a 6th star was possible I would just for the customer service alone. I thank you again Spencer and all the service members involved for taking care of my VW and giving me peace of mind.
I'm very pleased with customer service at this dealer. Clayton was amazing. I had to leave my car to get service while on vacation. He texted me and keep me updated about my car during the week. I got my car fixed ahead of schedule and they let me leave it there until I get back. Anya was also wonderful and very helpful. I'm a happy camper.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Upfront and not pushy. Joann and Bryan were our sales people on a used Mazda 3. Samir and Andrew helped us in finance. I also felt everyone in the building was genuinely helpful and just in a good work environment.
We called ahead after being so frustrated and done with other dealers telling you one thing and then adding on thousands of dollars after making us wait and wasting our precious time. Joann worked on the price and got it to where we needed and kept it there!!!! Amazing! We drove the 45 minutes in friday night traffic to be refreshed with pleasant people and service, and a wonderful car!

I had the best car buying experience in my life! I called multiple dealerships to do some research on getting the best deals for a car and leasing options. By far, Russell had been the best! Not to go to deep into it but I felt other dealerships were giving me the run-around. He went above and beyond in my opinion to not only get the car that I wanted but for my needs as well. All the interaction was done by phone. Being that I've never done business with them before, I had so much faith in Russell that I drove an hour to make sure they had my business; I live in Fontana. They will definitely have my business again as well as any referrals! Buying the car from them potentially saved me hundreds if not thousands, and I can't imagine what would happen if I took my business somewhere else. Abay, the finance manager and the team over there were awesome as well! Loving my 2018 Crosstrek!

My son and daughter in law brought my car in for the 10k oil change, while I was babysitting my grandson :D Carlos ran a diag. test b4 they left and told them it looks like the battery was recalled and needs to be replaced at no charge. They also picked up the car and it was washed inside and out with great detail to the inside windows and vacuumed and my daughter in law was so impressed, she told me how wonderful they are there and she cant wait to get her next car there! :D
I know why this is my 3rd car from McKenna in HB but it's great to hear that my kids see the exceptional customer service as well! :D
This is actually my second time buying a car from this dealership. The first time was almost 12 years ago. I have to say this time was a better experience. I felt really taken care of while working with Olivia, and Lori too. The finance ladies were also very nice.
Tina Marie explained everything about the car on the day I picked it up - which was quite helpful!. I have no complaints! I very much appreciated the friendliness and sincerity that was extended to me throughout the buying process. Olivia is very down-to-earth and patient. I trusted her honest opinion, which ultimately led me to purchase my car (which I love!)

I went in for regular maintenance on my car and Nathan (who sold me my car originally) noticed that I drive a ridiculous amount of miles to and from work everyday & because of this, my two year old car already had 50k miles on it! Nathan ended up getting me a great deal that allowed me to trade in my car for a brand new, upgraded version with a lease deal that totally fits my needs and makes more sense considering my driving habits. Nathan is very thoughtful and really looks out for the customer's best interest. If buying a car from here, always ask for Nathan! I always leave happy and confident in my buying decision after working with him. :)
