Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
Traveled to Canton from Cleveland due to excellent price on VW Passatt demo. Deal was as advertised. No bait and switch. James was sales person and he was excellent. All in all a good car buying experience. We ended up closing deal 45 minutes after regular closing time due to me getting stuck in traffic.
I actually had some issues with a current car. Not only did they help me with this, they even helped me get out of the current car and into something new. Margarit in the Service Department was very Friendly and the sales person Joe Walker that sold me my new car, was great to deal with, let me test drive all cars, with no pressure and pull available options for me to make a proper decision.
Joe had the car running when we pulled into the dealership after a 2 hour drive. No pressure, answered our questions, worked hard to get us the price we felt was fair. His boss, Joe Scott was easy to work with as well. Their finance person was also delightful and easy to work with. Thanks, we love the Vette!
Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. I originally came in to ask about the new 2019 RAV4, for which little information had been disseminated to the dealers by that time. The only thing of which they were certain was the late December release date. Warren took the opportunity to tell me about the deals going on for the 2018 RAV4. I am no fan of the exterior styling of this generation, but Warren found me one that not only was colored to minimize the aspects of the body that bother me, but also include the things I was seeking in a new vehicle (AWD, better gas mileage, upgraded safety and technology features, etc.). He was able to answer my questions and had a much-appreciated sincerity. The last thing I wanted was to feel manipulated by a slick-talking salesman and Warren was the perfect salesman to deal with me. Overall, a pleasant buying experience and I am becoming happier with my purchase with each mile.
Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
We totaled our first tiguan we loved it so much that we got a second one. The people at strong were great through this whole experience. They were great ,it was so fast and easy, just came in and signed some paperwork and I was out of there super fast.
I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and had been to all of the dealerships in Anchorage. I stopped by Kendall Volkswagen second to last, just to see if there was any SUV's in the price range I was looking at (30k-40k). I saw the Volkswagen Tiguan. The previous car I had was the Subaru Forester XT and loved it, but it was no longer in production and I had to get something new. First of all I want to say that the new location (6115 Old Seward Hwy) was by FAR the best laid out dealership in Anchorage and also was the cleanest in town. The new building is awesome. I had a great experience working with their sales team! My salesman was Marko and he was super knowledgeable about Volkswagens. I test drove the 2018 Tiguan and was hooked. It had all the amenities that I wanted and they had various models. Marko was great to work with and the dealership wasn't pressing me to JUST MAKE A SALE. It came down to great professionalism! It should always be about what fits best for the consumer and not just making people feel pressured into buying something. I worked with one of the sales managers on the Volkswagen side named Firmen and he was super easy to deal with. The whole transaction came through super fast. I have bought several vehicles and to be out the door in three hours from just walking in was a great sign of relief! I work in Law Enforcement and they had additional rebates for the vehicle, just for Military and First responders. The sale department was great at answering any of the questions I had. I'm super happy with my new purchase and I would recommend Volkswagen to all of my friends. Great value for a sweet ride!
