I was thoroughly satisfied with the way that the Autobarn Countryside Service & Parts Team worked together to ensure my 2009 Passat was ready for Winter. Swap of the Winter Wheels & Tires was seamless as always thanks to Brien Akers inventory management skills. The oil change was routine amd Bob advised me that I had a couple of minor issues that needed attention to which I had him take care of one on this visit and will most likely attack the second on the next visit. Drop off and pickup were smooth and this time I even grabbed a snack from their Customer area before browsing the showroom. Joe

There IS a better mousetrap and these guys (& girls) have made it. While the price WAS a major factor ; they price them to be sold, it was really the "how" they do it here that left me floating out to my new car. Painless?? Forget painless, this was ENJOYABLE!! I agonized over having to deal with another typical "dealer" yet, never had to. Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
The staff made the experience about as painless as an expensive auto repair process can be.
A new e-brake install was at first adjusted too tight which caused a smoking caliper within a few miles of leaving the shop. Although the shop had just closed for the night they had me turn right around and made it right within about a half hour or so. I would expect no less really, but it was good that they were there, made it right, with a smile, and sent me on my way.
You also pay through the nose. But I guess that's to be expected from a German car dealer in Bernardsville NJ. Oh well.
This has been our 3rd experience working with Scott Zukowski.He is an amazing sales rep with a lot of knowledge about Volkswagen. It is our 8th year with VW and our experience keeps getting better and better.
