Don't know that I would go anywhere else. Very responsive sales folks. Good quality used cars. Treat you like family. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks Chris Drew John and John in finance you were all very easy to work with.
andy was very helpful. only comment is to see if we schedule an appt, if that means we start the service then or somehow improve the overall service time. not sure how feasible this might be but thought i'd ask
Purchased a Certified Audi A3 from Team Audi Volkswagen. Bobby Sosa was an excellent salesman. He was pleasant, informative and not pushy throughout the process including the negotiations for our trade-in and the A3 purchase price. I was pleased that Team Audi did NOT have an additional salesman jump in when it didn't look like the deal was going to happen right away. Bobby stayed on point and we were able to get the deal done.....not typical of my other car buying experiences.
I would definitely recommend Bobby and Team Audi!
Purchased parts twice at this dealership. Both times the parts manager was too busy on the phone to even make eye contact. I get he was busy with a customer on the other line, but should have at least made eye contact especially if I???m standing about four feet away from him. As he handled his business I stood at the counter while my wife was looking around. Both times after finishing the call his eyes stayed fixed into his computer monitor and there was nothing but silience as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. When he finally took his eyes off the screen my wife and I were greeted with ???Are you guys purchasing anything, or just looking around???? My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief and confused as to why would I just be standing at the counter if we were just looking around. My first experience with Doug was just as bad when I Iayed two sunshades on his counter and he asked me ???can I help you????. At least on my first visit after his silence while starring at his computer screen I was greeted with a less confusing question.
Alex M. made my buying experience a happy one! I hate shopping for cars. I bought my last car from him as well...No pressure... just a wonderful gentleman sharing knowledge and trying to meet my needs! It's not just about buying a car, it's about the customer service following the sale! Alex is always there for me...I am not real good at using all these new whistles and bells and have stopped in many times for guidance! After my oil change, Tony, a service advisor, sat in my car and explained things I did not understand as well! This dealership is a welcoming place! No pressure...Just lots of integrity and a sincere care about people! The staff is wonderful...Best wishes for much continued success Buffalo Audi! I love my Audi 4!
For the first time ever...buying a car was a pleasure! Our salesman 'Z" was amazing
and so knowledgable! I can not say enough about his approach and about him...I did not feel.pressured at all which was not the case at other dealerships.
Also the finance officer was so helpful..again..making the purchasing of the car a pleasure.
I will most definitely recommend this dealership to everyone.
Mike and all the other people I dealt with from the ladies at the service desk to the tech that explained how to handle my concerns were all wonderful. Very polite and had great attitudes. Mike even checked for recalls and had them done as well. And on top of it all offered me a car wash. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more pleasant experience. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff selling the best cars on the road! Have used Service Dept. for 2015 Outback and was always very satisfied with the standard service since the Outback never had any major problems.
Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
This has been our 3rd experience working with Scott Zukowski.He is an amazing sales rep with a lot of knowledge about Volkswagen. It is our 8th year with VW and our experience keeps getting better and better.
Returning a 2013 VW Passat on a end of lease and was amazed on the personal attention received that I ended up leasing a 2016 Passat. The salesman John BATISTA was great. He was very patient, knowledgeable with the vehicles features and options. A real pleasure to deal with. His general manager Tom was also a very professional and I would highly recommend that you ask for these two gentlemen in person.
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.
