On Monday, October 29, I purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass with the experites of Jeremy Winters. Jeremy was fantastic, he was so knowledgeable. I went to the dealership to look at two other cars the compass was not even on my radar. My husband and I came to the auto service area because we had the low pressure tire light on. Scott Payne was the person that took care of us. He put air in our tires immediately, to get us on our way. He was so pleasant and accommodating. The next day my husband had to go back because the light was on again. Scott helped him and explained to him that there was 4 cars ahead of him, (it was a busy Saturday.) He kept my husband informed of his wait time and that we had a leaking stem, as soon as they found the problem. Scott, always greets you with a smile and is very helpful. Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
Kevin, Ed, Bob, Bill and the staff went above our expectations. They were in constant communication throughout the purchase. The car was delivered as promised and would highly recommend this dealership!
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Research the vehicle over the net prior to visit. Made an appointment so they were expecting us and we were not waiting around. Had a quick discussion with John and off we went on the test drive. The decision to buy was an easy one. They look like a busy dealer so I am not sure the level of service when the time comes. Hopefully it???s not painful. I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.
