Out of all the car purchases i made by far, this was tbe easiest and fastest time i was able to get in and out of the dealership within an HOUR, thanks to Mostapha farris who made this transaction very smooth, i told him what i was looking for over the phone and explained to him that i was on a tight budget, he was able to get me the vehicle i wanted at the exact price i wanted, also the finance manager brian was very helpful and explained to me my purchase options. Josh was amazing. He was able to put me into the 2019 Nissan Altima 2.5SL Platinum for a price another dealer was selling me a 2019 Altima SR. I would definitely recommend Josh and Suburban for anyone who is in the market.

Josh handled every, single, detail of the purchase with such tact and care. He handled everything in such a manner that it completely exceeded all of my expectations. I Love this location, the costumer service, quality of certified pre-owned vehicles and I could not be happier with my Mazda Hatchback. Josh is a huge reason I obtained this vehicle and I highly recommend him to anyone!
Good experience overall. My first time buying from a dealership so not much to compare it to, but process was smooth, staff was friendly prices were decent (albeit minimally negotiable), used vehicle was clean and runs well.
We have a 2011 Cayenne and have always been pleased with the service department, especially with Phil Kaiser???s friendly approach and informed advice. Most recently Phil worked directly with Porsche Corporate to find the best solution for what was an unexpected malfunction. The car now is as good as new and the whole experience was minimally disruptive.
The salesmen that I worked with his name is Josh Bianco. From the moment I first saw him he was very friendly and helpful. I told him I had a strict budget and he worked with me. I was intending to do a colease but he told me that I should try to run my own credit. He helped me go through all the process of running my own credit. He found a car that I fell in love with and the best part it was that the payment of the car was exactly what I wanted as a monthly payment. I also needed insurance so he helped me get quotes and helped me narrow down my options. The best part about this experience he never rushed me. He treated me like a human and not another sale.

I live in Jackson, MI; bought my 2013 A6 from Naples, FL so had to find a service department up here. First trip was to the state capital. Let's just say I'll never go back again. Pretty much always worked with Joseph Gruss. He could always get me a "near-new" loaner Audi if the service might take longer. Communication always great. Yesterday brought it in for a part on the front fender to be replaced. I was in and out literally 45 minutes. Granted it was easy work but I was still very impressed with their speed. Just settling in with the hot tea and snacks provided in their comfortable waiting area and pulling out my laptop to start some work when Joe told me that they were done. In the sales department, I've known Barry Strecker a long time; bought 3 cars through him when he was at MB. Extremely knowledgeable and always looked out for my best interest. Definitely will call on him for our next vehicle purchase.
I have dealt with many service departments in my lifetime and have had many good and bad experiences of the like. Germain Audi's service department is far and above the best I have ever dealt with. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to always go the extra mile. Patrick in particular is one of the most professional service techs that I worked with. If anyone needs to have their Audi serviced from the most minor to most complicated, look no further than Germain. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased My 2018 Mazda Touring CX-5 FWD from Suburban Mazda. the Sales Person, Sonya Y. Harris, is very knowledgeable and helpful. The same can be said for the Finance Service Manager Matthew Moore. I was never pressured. All my options were explained to me thoroughly. I fell in love with the vehicle. This is My second purchase from Suburban. I highly recommend them because of the excellent customer service. I feel like I'm having an experience at this dealership that feels just as exciting as the Apple store or Best Buy. Very welcoming high tech environment with plenty team members to wait on you.
I visited the Thayer dealership at the invitation of Mike McCool.
Mike was cordial, prepared, friendly and did not pressure me.
My vehicle had too much negative equity to qualify for the bank to finance when added to the next vehicle but, Mike and the management staff tried their best to make it happen.
For someone with a more normal situation, I am sure that the outcome would have been win-win.
I received a follow-up letter from the dealer principal, thanking me for stopping in and offering to help in any way he could.
