I bought my last car from him as well...No pressure... just a wonderful gentleman sharing knowledge and trying to meet my needs! It's not just about buying a car, it's about the customer service following the sale! Alex is always there for me...I am not real good at using all these new whistles and bells and have stopped in many times for guidance! After my oil change, Tony, a service advisor, sat in my car and explained things I did not understand as well! This dealership is a welcoming place! Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
After looking at Westherr and a few others, I went to Cappellino to look at a truck. The salesman Mike, was very pleasent to work with from start to finish. His customer service was what brought me back in to drive the truck again and to purchase. Not once did he push a sale on me, and I feel that’s very important.
Rob and kim helped get me into a used 2008 Passat with an extended warranty, which I've used, and the service was great getting me into a loaner during the extended repairs. The sale price was unbeatable anywhere around, but I went here because my parents and brother have had cars from here and we've all had a great experience overall.
I've been using this dealership for my parts purchases for years and I will continue to do so their knowledge and experiance and friendliness is what brings me back everytime thanks guys! ps wheres my 2016 VW bus!!!
