Found a great deal on an Infiniti G37 but wanted my wife to check it out first. When we went the next day it was gone! While there, however, I learned about their terrific warranty plans so when when we saw the car I really wanted - a Jaguar XK - I didn't hesitate, knowing their warranty would ease any concerns I might have about this expensive-to-repair car. Again, when I went to this same location it had disappeared from their website! A helpful saleswoman told me one of their managers was driving it but it was mine if I wanted it - and I did!

For the usual reasons: Pushy sales people, Hidden Fees, and the back and forth that seems to go on forever until you are so worn down that you just crawl out the door or buy a car to end the misery. I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.
We leased a car and bought a used car, and this was the Best and quickest car buying/leasing experience I???ve had so far. Our sales guy Alan Dagistino was great and had us in and out. He did did not try to push us into something we didn???t want or need, he was quick and to the point. After Alan we met with the finance guy and that only took 15 minutes for each car. Great experience overall and would recommend
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
