This was the first time I felt like I wasn’t being taken advantage of and the whole process was fast, but without me feeling rushed or pressured! The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
From the time I pulled up I was greeted with smiles and welcomed. The salesman was very informative and helped me pick out the best vehicle for my needs and that fit my budget. I had a wonderful experience from the greeting to signing the final papers.
I purchased a 2017 ford f 150 from Larson Volkswagen! I am very very impressed with how I was treated here. Austin was my salesperson ! This guy is awesome he went ahead prior to my scheduled test drive and researched this vehicle . During the test drive he was explaining to me all the features and options with this truck. Although it is a used vehicle Austin went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with the vehicle I was purchasing . From start to finish Austin John dave and troy did everything to earn my business! Well done guys . I was not able to have my wife come with me to look at the truck so they let me drive the truck to my house to show her. That right there is how you make a sale !. Again above and beyond my expectations. I have had a bad experience before at a local dealership but the guys at larson Volkswagen are honest upfront about pricing and fair. I can tell they really do care about the customer and I will be a return customer for sure! Salesperson was reliable and returned calls. He helped with setup. The buying process and meeting with the closer took a few hours. She pulled out all the stops to get me to buy the extended warranty and paint protection. I declined, then suddently everything was half price, then I declined again and got a bit deeper discount. This is frustrating and I'd prefer to be quoted a fari price with 20% markup rather than offered something for 300% cost theny get it for a decent price only because I bargained and would not get ripped off.
Service department folks were nice. The waiting area is no frills, very different from the BMW dealership, but that's ok.
Best car buying experience and low pressure. I called on a 2016 Porsche Cayenne S e-hybrid Jeff Burley went above and beyond my expectations but sending me multiple additional photos of the Porsche Cayenne. Jeff went a further step and had another associate Mike Krein Also send multiple photos inspecting the entire SUV as I would be driving 159 miles away from Camas WA. Jeff insured me as I would be driving over 2 hours away that the Cayenne smelled new and no disappointments. Jeff explained to me that he didn't want to be dishonest and try to get me to come up there and not be the exact vehicle I wanted. When I arrived the Porsche Cayenne was pulled up front keys ready and detailed. Jeff let me look over the vehicle and my wife and I test drive the Cayenne alone. We arrived back at the dealership and Jeff being low pressure and the vehicle being even better condition than we expected only being 1 year old told him deal. That was it and very professional the deal took less than two hours great finance department with Ron Buchanan. The dealership went above and beyond my expectations thank you Jeff, Mike , and Ron. I will be back for my next vehicle you guys are amazing to work and deal with. Thank you 100 percent satisfied customer.
