I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I've been through five scheduled services for my car. This was the best experience I've had at Rick Case, due to the knowledge and attentiveness of service writer Justin. He looked up my history and service contract, gave me the correct maintenance schedule and pricing, and quickly followed up on my request for additional work (wiper replacement). My car was ready in less time than anticipated and all service points were properly done. Thanks, Justin!
Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
