When I brought up the problem with the rear seat belts on my Passat, Sean Gerringer was quick to agree with the safety risk. He ordered parts, called me when they arrived, and scheduled my replacement appointment. He also arranged a vehicle for my use during the repair. Work done; safety issue fixed. Richard Albino was incredibly easy to talk to, and explained things (more than once!) to make sure I completely understood the process and so that he understood exactly what I was looking for. I have a disability and so I was so very worried that going in by myself, I would be confused. As most people are these days, I am a busy mom with a full time job. No time to sit at a car dealership and haggle over pricing. I had made my last payment on my lease car so I contacted David Brown (who I have purchased many cars from) and told him I was ready to turn my lease car in and purchase a new one. No lease. He knew my budget and immediately began texting me cars for me to review. I picked out the one I wanted and he turned me over to Venus who went through the details with me. All through text and emails. She was super helpful and got me the deal that I wanted. So, after work last night, I went to the dealership and met Ben Madsen who had been filled in with all my details by Venus. We checked out the car, went to Shaun the Finance Manager. Everything was just as promised. No tricks. No surprises. I signed the papers and was driving home within an hour of arriving. Best experience!
