The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
I have never felt more comfortable with a service department and dealer. At the beginning of November my 10 year old/200k mile Honda started have major issues. I was able to get the car in right away and get a rental so I was not stranded. The communication from Fitz to me was amazing. I felt extremely knowledgeable of what the problem was and what it was going to take to fix my Fit. After a couple of days myself and my husband decided we were just going to get him a new car. I had my eye on a used car however the dealer was able to do some digging and recommend a far better car within my budget. The buying process was so incredibly easy. We were in and out in an hour (which was good because I had my kid with me.) My husband and myself love our new car and could not be any more thankful for the technicians and dealer that worked with us.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. Went to just look and test drive the Volkswagen Atlas. Fell in love with the way it drove. We couldn't ask for a better salesman Rob Ibarra. He was not pushy, explained everything and worked with us till we had a deal. Hopefully sending you another deal in a few weeks.
JC is by far the most honest and helpful salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been with Eich Motor for over 40 years and on my fourth car with this company. The whole staff all still work hard to be a small town, trustworthy company. JC is that and much more. He returns all texts, emails and phone calls in a timely fashion. He speaks the truth and is incredibly helpful. I know I can contact him in two weeks, two months or in two years from now, he will do all he can to answer my questions and make sure I am happy with my new fabulous Golf Alltrack. He's a good man with a big heart...AND on the test drive he let me FULLY explore the extreme maneuverability of the car. He's just the best.
This dealership had the best prices in the state of Florida for a 2018 Tiguan SEL, hands down. I visited, called, and compared prices at many of them before making my way over. Larson, our salesman, was willing to go above and beyond to make a deal with us. He worked hard to get us at a number we were comfortable with and oversaw the entire deal until we drive off of the lot. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Larson!
I came in to test drive a Passat in July 2016. In making contact with Kevin Dixon, I let him know what my concerns in purchasing a VW were. Kevin listened to my concerns and addressed them; and he listened to what I wanted in a car and acted.
Last weekend, Kevin located and delivered precisely the car that I sought and was able to bring it in at my budget. He and his colleagues at Uptown VW did this all professionally, with multiple options that would have met my requirements, and without pressure.
I know many people will dismiss this review given how recently I made the purchase. But I can say without hesitation there has been no buyer's remorse on my part. I have been "watching cars" for almost a year. I almost bought a car 6 months ago, but the dealership valued my trade-in so low, I walked away. I am so glad that I did. When the Audi A4 came up at Overturf, I simply entered my interest on the website. Frank Valle responded the next day. Overturf valued my car fairly which allowed me to feel confident from the very beginning. Frank was upfront about every detail of the sale. Many of the details were dealt with by text, which helped immensely because of my work schedule and travel plans. I asked about two issues and they were handled immediately. I brought in the car on one occasion equipped with student grading to do since I assumed I would be put in a room while the Service department resolved the issue. Frank sat with me the entire time just chatting. He was really friendly and open. I assumed a dealership experience would be a hassle and intimidating, and it was just the opposite. When I decide to upgrade again, I will go back to Overturf.
Less than four years ago, I was introduced to Dan Kerrigan. Since that time, my wife, my son, and I, have purchased or leased six vehicles from Findlay Volkswagen.
Dan Kerrigan is the main reason. His friendly and professional nature makes him a pleasure to work with. I have even stopped in for their VW events and checked in with Dan on those visits.
Additionally, we have worked with Lindsay in the service department. She is also very professional, friendly, and great to work with. Lindsay always takes care of us and is sure to make certain that we are aware of how long things will take and arranges rides if we need them.
