Travis, our salesman, is a great guy, and an honest asset to Luther Burnsville. He went above and beyond for us on our used vehicle purchase. His description of the vehicle, which was a realistically priced, was spot on, and actually why we bought the vehicle sight unseen. It was a true pleasure to meet everyone we dealt with. I was happy while there, I was still happy when we left.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed
Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff selling the best cars on the road! Have used Service Dept. for 2015 Outback and was always very satisfied with the standard service since the Outback never had any major problems.
My salesman, Richard Acosta was wonderful and answered every question that we had. The dealership didn't have the color car that I wanted so they searched and found one. Someone went up and got it from the other dealership the same day at no charge. So far I love my new Atlas!
We totaled our first tiguan we loved it so much that we got a second one. The people at strong were great through this whole experience. They were great ,it was so fast and easy, just came in and signed some paperwork and I was out of there super fast.
Purchased parts twice at this dealership. Both times the parts manager was too busy on the phone to even make eye contact. I get he was busy with a customer on the other line, but should have at least made eye contact especially if I???m standing about four feet away from him. As he handled his business I stood at the counter while my wife was looking around. Both times after finishing the call his eyes stayed fixed into his computer monitor and there was nothing but silience as I stood there waiting to be acknowledged. When he finally took his eyes off the screen my wife and I were greeted with ???Are you guys purchasing anything, or just looking around???? My wife and I just looked at each other in disbelief and confused as to why would I just be standing at the counter if we were just looking around. My first experience with Doug was just as bad when I Iayed two sunshades on his counter and he asked me ???can I help you????. At least on my first visit after his silence while starring at his computer screen I was greeted with a less confusing question.
Great customer service! Was willing to fight for the best price possible, and work with my situation. Was kind, willing to listen. Ramone and Bryson were very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions.

I got online to schedule an appointment for my car for routine maintenance and some warranty work. Based on my experiences with other dealers, I assumed my car would need to be kept for work. The online system recommended a Saturday appointment. I figured I would drop it off and would have to pick up the following week. Much to my surprise, my vehicle was ready later that day with everything done! The dealer even called to follow up on my experience. Thanks, Lunde!
Less than four years ago, I was introduced to Dan Kerrigan. Since that time, my wife, my son, and I, have purchased or leased six vehicles from Findlay Volkswagen.
Dan Kerrigan is the main reason. His friendly and professional nature makes him a pleasure to work with. I have even stopped in for their VW events and checked in with Dan on those visits.
Additionally, we have worked with Lindsay in the service department. She is also very professional, friendly, and great to work with. Lindsay always takes care of us and is sure to make certain that we are aware of how long things will take and arranges rides if we need them.
I strongly recommend Findlay Volkswagen, that is due to the efforts of these members of their team. Thank you Dan and Lindsay.
George mainly helped me with getting what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He suggested different options to select the desired vehicle. He also reviewd with me different payment options, and eventually I had an acceptable offer. And the other team members very helpful and very pleasant.
Jamie Hayes assisted us with our purchase. We weren't planning on a new car. We had a 2010 VW Jetta TDI. Fun. What's more fun? A 2014 Jetta TDI. Smoother shifting. Tighter hold to the road. No lack of power. Jamie walked the lot back and forth. No pressure. We had pizza served while our paperwork was done. Only comment, but not really a negative, is that sales AND management should spend more time learning every feature of the cars they sell. There was a bit of, "I'm new to VW", than I expected. Friendly and generally efficient. Ask for Jamie.
