The staff made the experience about as painless as an expensive auto repair process can be.
A new e-brake install was at first adjusted too tight which caused a smoking caliper within a few miles of leaving the shop. Although the shop had just closed for the night they had me turn right around and made it right within about a half hour or so. I would expect no less really, but it was good that they were there, made it right, with a smile, and sent me on my way.
You also pay through the nose. But I guess that's to be expected from a German car dealer in Bernardsville NJ. Oh well.

I’ve owned 4 so far, have tried other cars but not as satisfied as I have been with the Vw’s. There great little cars. Thanks
Marvin is the man for excellent customer service. He promptly attended to my need and addressed all of my concerns. Lou was also exceptional in his assisting me with acquiring extended warranties on my used vehicle.
Absolutely love this vehicle

I should start by stating I have made some tasteful modifications to this car. Sport tunned Coilovers, ECU tune, Turbo back exhaust and an intake. This car is absolutely amazing. I'm currently making 227 whp and 267 tq on a factory clutch without incident. The 1.8 came alive with the Unitronic Stage 1+ tune and fuel mileage has actually gotten considerably better. Now getting 37mpg on average. Amazing vehicle with nearly unlimited potential.
I was there yesterday changing the oil in my car for the first time. From the moment when I drove through the gates to the time when I got back in my car I felt like I was a very special customer there. Everyone there did their best but for the most part I must thank Steve Harris. He pointed out on an important safety recall that needed to be fixed in my car and I agreed to leave the car to fix it. I got it back on time no problems at all.Steve was there to answer any questions and for assistance from the beginning to the end. I had the best experience in Honda Service Center!!
Engineering flaws again

The 2017 VW Golf has an engineering flaw in the sunroof that causes the drains to get clogged with dirt. Most sunroofs have a metal windscreen that pops up, but the Golf has a fabric windscreen that captures dust and allows it to flow into the channel. Our sunroof leaked as a result. We had it in for the 10k, 20k service and were never told about maintaining the sunroof by blowing out the drains. But when it leaked they said it was our fault due to poor maintenance, while also telling us that at 40k miles they would have checked it. VW is not a good company. We bought the diesel that they engineered to pass the emissions test illegally, and had to buy this car as a replacement. We now have a regular job of blowing out the drains.
We recently leased a vehicle from Reydel and had one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a dealership. Ashley was absolutely amazing. We also dealt with Sonny and Amanda and they were wonderful. I would recommend this dealership over any other that we’ve been to! Thank you again!
OUR PICK THIS TIME!

We have friends & famy that swear by VW products. After driving a Toyota Matrix for 10 years and 200,000 miles we picked-up a deal on a VW Golf Sportwagon. Looks great, drives great and has all the room inside for bikes, dogs, stuff & all the things we generally have to haul around. It’s really good on gas mileage. The DCT Transmission is totally awesome and it has very good power. When you figure this is a 1.8 liter turbo 4-banger, it’s surprisingly quick. We have put 7,000 miles on it so far and are eased with it as well as our dealer!
The only reason I found it hard to make a choice on what car to buy at this dealership is because they had so many great cars. Very happy with my choice.
Great alternative to a small SUV
by TDI Owner from Waukesha, WI

Lots of adjustable cargo space, great fuel economy and 10K mile oil changes give you a great alternative to a small SUV. I got 54 MPG on a mostly highway trip and 45 MPG in all city driving, much better than the EPA MPG rating.
My sales person Frank was amazing! Very to the point, got me what I was looking for at the price I wanted. I also dealt with Sunny in Finance he was great, got me in and out in no time! The staff was very friendly they all greeted me, and made sure if we needed anything we were taking care of. First time buying a volkswagen, but Reydel has me for life!

I recently purchased a 2015 golf Sportwagon TDI, when test driving and looking at the vehicle I never thought I would love it as much as I do. I switched from a 2011 370z. The Sportwagon is great, gas mileage is 44mpg. The back seats fold down and give more space than most vehicles that has come in very handy. The cost of maintenance is very small compared to other European brands. I will have this car for a very long time.
Michael and Paul went above and beyond to work with me on my 11th VW! Very understanding and took their time to listen. Much appreciated!
Why Don't More People Own Wagons?

This car gets excellent gas mileage (30mpg average) and has 50% more cargo space than my old hatchback. Its quick and sporty, and feels good to drive. Visibility is about the same as in my hatchback (just ok), so the backup camera is a nice addition. The radio and wheel controls are mostly pretty intuitive, some a little useless, and I wish it were more customizable. Nothing will blow you away about the "infotainment" system. But for someone who wants lots of space without getting an SUV, this car is exactly what you need.
Came in to look at a new car. Was in and out with a new Passat with in an hour. Very helpful staff and great experience.
Very solid car

Perfect daily driver, smooth, quiet, excellent hiway manners. No one who rides with me believes it has 60,000 miles on it as it looks, drives and handles like day one.
