Engineering flaws again

The 2017 VW Golf has an engineering flaw in the sunroof that causes the drains to get clogged with dirt. Most sunroofs have a metal windscreen that pops up, but the Golf has a fabric windscreen that captures dust and allows it to flow into the channel. Our sunroof leaked as a result. We had it in for the 10k, 20k service and were never told about maintaining the sunroof by blowing out the drains. But when it leaked they said it was our fault due to poor maintenance, while also telling us that at 40k miles they would have checked it. VW is not a good company. We bought the diesel that they engineered to pass the emissions test illegally, and had to buy this car as a replacement. We now have a regular job of blowing out the drains.
I was looking for a good used car for my wife. I found a real nice looking SUV online listed at at Mike Steven Volkswagen. We went over to look at it, we was very impressed with the SUV at a fair price. We decided to buy it. The buying experience and the service was the best ever! I would recommend Mike Steven Volkswagen.
Great alternative to a small SUV

Lots of adjustable cargo space, great fuel economy and 10K mile oil changes give you a great alternative to a small SUV. I got 54 MPG on a mostly highway trip and 45 MPG in all city driving, much better than the EPA MPG rating.
My daughter was looking for her first car. She has had her heart set on a Volkswagen Beetle. We searched online and found a great looking Beetle at Mike Steven Volkswagen. We drove over and Jeff Gordon helped us. He was great to work with. Not pushy and was as excited as we were to help us purchase the lil yellow Bug. He even drove all the way to Parsons to deliver it. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure we found the car we wanted. I would highly recommend Jeff Gordon and Steven Volkswagen if you want to be treated well want a good deal. Thank you Jeff!

I recently purchased a 2015 golf Sportwagon TDI, when test driving and looking at the vehicle I never thought I would love it as much as I do. I switched from a 2011 370z. The Sportwagon is great, gas mileage is 44mpg. The back seats fold down and give more space than most vehicles that has come in very handy. The cost of maintenance is very small compared to other European brands. I will have this car for a very long time.
